      PICK NO ******* Order Date 10/22/22 RECEIVED JUNE 14, 2023 CHARGED $521.91 CUSTOMER NUMBER ****** This order took 8 months to fulfill. When we received these two big boxes 8 MONTHS after the order, we were shocked and contacted customer service for a Return Shipping Label. We were told we had to pay shipping on these two large boxes to ship them from **** to *****. We explained that this was an 8 month delay and we purchased a different comforter set. They refuse to reimburse for our return shipping expenses on the boxes. I think they lost the order back in October? How can you ship something 8 months later and then expect us to pay shipping charges and re-stocking fees of 25% ($125). How can a company exist like this? The customer service was extremely rude and not helpful.

      Looks like the refund on PayPal failed as was too old. We mailed a check in Full today. Sorry this happened

      I ordered 2 95" curtains and received 2 84". I attempted to return but the only option available is to return by going to a *** store which I am physically unable to do. I would happily return if provided the option NOT involving travel. This was THEIR error, they should provide a method involving no effort on the customers end, It is also unclear to me after reading the other complaints how the BBB has given them an A+ rating. The replies also show an uncaring company.

      Back on February 17th Paul's Home Fashions had withdrew from my account, but sent the money back to my account and they did not disclose the reason why and then on the 17th of February Paul's Home Fashions withdrew from my account again and I did not authorize the transaction. I did not receive the items that I ordered from their website. So I am seeking a refund of $74.95 to my account and on top of that, my financial institution has been trying to contact Paul's Home Fashions but to no avail they have not given a reply to my financial institution!

      Purchases over $400 of a beautiful comforter said named gold. Photo creme with gold. Received all gold. Pic on box creme with gold. Owner said I have to pay over $100 in shipping to return they pay for the shopping but deduct it from my payment. The colors are wrong and misrepresented! Doesnt match my room at all. I was spoken to rude beyond. I offered a pit in cart a white comforter set of $150 more. They still want to deduct $100 for shipment product back that was misrepresented in color. I have photos. I tried To reason with them and told I was incorrect. I am so shocked by this. I run a business. Id never do this. I want to ship the unused product back and be fully refunded and not charge for shipping. Im want them to send me free shipping labels and not deduct from my full refund. Poor business. Others stay but have d $100 to get deducted when sent wrong. Colors

      Customer  Bought a  popular pattern that we have been selling on our web site for about 7 years with same picture . We have the same return policy for ******************************************************** White instead. Also wanted Paulshomefashiopns.com  to pay ALL shipping charges. We offered a bargain to return shipment and customer was unappreciative.

      We reject her same complaints. Please review our return policy that she had to agree before purchase. We also snet her pre paid labels that she agreed to in an email to be deducted from her refudn to SAVE HER $$$$ on her return. Please read the last paragraph :

      Please Note: Photos and descriptions on our website are the best quality possible and have been provided by the manufacturer. However, photos and descriptions may not be actual representations of colors due to computer monitor settings and we cannot be responsible for differences in online colors and actual color variances. Therefore, Pauls Home Fashions will not issue credits for shipping based on color variances due to images and descriptions. Pauls Home Fashions will refuse any return that does not follow the return policy.

      We shipped the customer exactly the items that she ordered. Thank you.

      I ordered 6 items for a total of 107.93.I received 1 voile item number Lichtenburg19891 on Jan 12 and the invoice is stamped this order is partially shipped. The remaining items will ship from a different location.I received a new email today saying my order status has been changed and all items were received Jan 12. This is not so. So I called them and got an answer machine stating they are closed today. I want my items or my money returned.
