      I ordered a Royal Court comforter set and euro shams. They came on time and are beautiful! Pauls had the best price and their website is very easy to navigate. Communication is stellar. I had a question on my order so I emailed the support address and I got an answer quickly. I would order again from Pauls Home Fashions without question.

      We have purchased three sets of bedding from Pauls. I would not buy from any other bedding company. Everything was perfect and loved their comfort sets. Great to do business with and very helpful and courteous. They stand behind the product. Fast shipping,

      I ordered 550 USD in curtains and that includes 97 USD shipping. I called before putting the order online and was told that the 97$ is expensive but it included the duties and brokerage fees. This would be similar to what Wayfair and other companies charge when shipping from *** to ******, including clearance fees and duties. The store shipped the curtains 1 week late and after shipping, no update was provided. I then received a charge of 187 CAD for duties and brokerage fees through **** This is not acceptable as I was told prior to purchase that everything is included. Long story short, this store lacks integrity, It is a shame that they are taking advantages of customers,

      I ordered a bedding set that was advertised to fit a F/Q. However, the bed skirt that came in the set was labeled to fit only a queen. ****** in customer service, seems to think that it is my fault that the bed skirt doesn't fit my full size be. A queen is 6 inches wider than a full, which makes the skirt hang down 3 inches too long on the floor. There is nothing the matter with the set, It is beautiful. I only need to return it because it is too large because of the bed skirt. I paid over $350 for the set. I am paying to return it. My complaint is that they will only refund me 90% of what I paid. I have been arguing via emails with ***** about the 10% because I feel, it's not my fault that I need to return it when there was no mention that the bed skirt would not fit a full size bed. In my opinion, she has been unhelpful and actually rude in her service....going out of her way to try and prove me wrong and defend their lack of correct sales information. ***** could care less about me or losing me as a customer. In my 20 years of customer service supervision experience, this should not even be an issue. I only am leaving one start because it won't let me leave 0!!

      Made a $190 order. They charged my credit card 4 times. Called and was transferred to their accounting department. The older man I spoke with was completely rude and would not allow me to talk/explain the situation. Yelled at me. Couldnt help me because he would not shut up long enough to let me tell him the issue. I finally hung up on him. If my father and husband dont speak to me like that, no other man is going to!

      I had placed an order for $197 for decor pillows, shipping cost was expensive since Im in ******. I received a tracking number, when delivery notification came, it said *** delivered to Pauls fashion!! They had shipped the item to their address. When I called, ***** answers and I asked him about the order, he said that theyll ship it out on Monday, on the 17th of august, I received a tracking number in my email. When I tracked that number, it was showing me item still in customs from the date 14 August!!! Now when Im Trying to contact them, theres no answer!! Can a you tell Me how can I get my money refund.?

      I spent $115 on 2 decor pillows for my daughter to go with her bed cover for Christmas. She got someting different and I never opended the box. I returned it to **** and they said it goes to **** I was told no tracking number was necessary nor do I need to pay return shipping because it was never opened, just put "refused". Now it is March and I have never been given a credit. I called them and man was very rude and insisted I need to track it with a tracking number. I do not have a tracking number. They have their return address right on the shipping label. They are not customer friendly. They love to get your money and they do not want to give it back!!! I would give them a zero rating if I could. I will never do business with them again.

      Ordered a bed spread for ****** dollars . Bed spreads looked nothing like picture on inter did not fit bed was a pos do not buy from this company cost me ****** dollars to return bed spread was worth maybe ****** dollar *************************

      I have been waiting for my comforter set since March. I was told I would get it in July. They did not contact me and let me know if would take longer. I contacted them 6 months later and its still not available. Had they communicated with me and treated me like a valued customer I would have not canceled my order no matter how long it took.

      Worst company ever! Charged restocking fee and had to pay myself to ship back and the person on the phone screamed at me because I said why I am doing both. His response is not going to loose any money on you and by the way the item is a hot seller and as soon as return will sell. I lost ****** from them

      Customer clearly did not like the product . Since nothing was actually wrong with this #1 outdoor curtain we did not pay for shipping cost.
