    I placed an order with this company on 5/11/24, today is 5/30/24. A shipping label was created on 5/14/24 and I cannot cancel or change the order as it was shipped yet the tracking number on 5/30/24 still shows that only a shipping label was created. I have received zero emails from the company about this order though they claimed they sent them. I checked my SPAM folder as well, zero email communications. Company sent me a text informing me they sent two emails, I received none. In the text message they sent they stated that the item was backordered and shipped on 5/23/24, apologizing and giving me a discount for a future (not the current) order. Meanwhile the tracking number still only shows a shipping label created, item still not actually shipped. I replied asking for a valid tracking number showing it was shipped, my text messages have been ignored with zero responses. If the item had actually shipped on 5/23, I'd have it by now. Something is very wrong here and not receiving communication is poor customer support.

    We responded a number of times to this customers, trying to walk her thru the process we used to refund her order in full after encountering supply chain issues that made it impossible to fill in a timely manner. We told her that the the email she received with shipping info was preliminary info and that it clearly stated, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT RECEIVING TRACKING INFORMATION DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT FOR ORDER STATUS AND SHIPPING DATE. This is in the email because after creating a shipping label unforeseen issues can arise with orders. We have bent over backwards to accommodate this customer to no avail. As stated, her order was refunded in full when we were unable to fill it. After 21 years in business we hate for a customer to be dissatisfied, but it's unclear what else is possible for us to do to reconcile this matter to her satisfaction.

    This order was refunded in full, an email from our processor, PayPal, was sent to her along with info from us on the status and refund. As we explained to her in numerous emails and text messages, **** shipping did not show because her order and shipping label were cancelled after the refund was issued, as is usual in a circumstance like this. We have tried in every way to satisfy this customer, including a $20 gift certificate for her $41 order, and explain why the **** shipping showed only as 'label created', but were unable to make any headway. We stopped responding today after being called a "scammer" company. This order is closed, refunded, and completed as such in our system.
