I paid for two classes one was to learn how to do nails the other was to learn facials. I only showed up to one class for nails didnt do my research like I should of didnt know I had to go to school to get my license an have hours. They didnt state any of that, as I tried to reach out to figure out the work schedule for the trainer she never kepted in contact with me I dont know her schedule. When I did reach out to her I finally felt like I needed my refund because I didnt to the facial class with her at all. I stated when the class would be if not then I need a refund for not attending that class at all she got mad and said no refunds an it was my responsibility to keep up with it but Im not the trainer I dont know her schedule. She ***** as a trainer, she keeps what ever money you give to pay for the class her refund policy isnt right shes only about keeping peoples money and not doing the proper training. I didnt know I would have to go back to school for cosmetology to learn nails and facials. She didnt state any of that to me. She also said shes keeping my certificates an wont give them to me even if I did finish the classes. If she is doing this to me I would believe she would do the same to others. I get people run there own business but when you scam people that isnt right. I believe shes only certified with certificate and not certified with a license. I would live my whole refund back from this person but she is using her lawyer card an policy to not give refunds back. You cant keep money just because you feel like it. I paid for two classes and only learned one.
