I ordered a pair of boots and paid for them. They sent an email saying they didnt have them and would refund my money. I have not received a refund, and they will no longer respond.Initial Complaint

I went into the store to purchase a men's boot. I was sold a boot that had a defect. I tried to speak with the Manager/***** regarding the matter, and he was very unprofessional, rude and had zero customer empathy or concern. I told him I will stop the payment for the purchased item, and he told me to leave the store.He is the Manager, and needs to be fired, treating a customer this way. No wonder there was no other customer in the store, because of this type of negative experience.
