Bark hosts scammers on their platform. DO NOT book the catering company TC ********* especially. I was scammed out of $2k. Bark does not do background checks as there are several more unverified businesses.Bark.com Global Limited Response

Bark is a SCAM. I purchase 110leads point from them. Not even one lead was real. Either no respond from the lead, or you drop on people looking for job, even though the leads clearly stated that they need specific cleaning services: like I want my windows to be cleaned. Or the leads will tell you that they never heard about bark. They are selling Fake leads. I lost $120, and times filtering and contact leads. Definitely SCAM!Bark.com Global Limited Response

I regret to report serious issues with this service. Initially, contacts were provided without any means to verify their validity. Most contact details for the supposed leads were unresponsive, non-existent, or linked to fake emails and accounts. Some profiles displayed inconsistencies, such as a female name with a WhatsApp profile of a different gender.Upon raising my concerns, I was informed credits would be returned for any leads that did not respond, which seemed reasonable given the costapproximately $40 per contact. However, I later discovered the refund policy is a one-time courtesy. Out of 23 leads, I only spoke to two people, with no guarantee of profit.We were advised to call numbers multiple times a day, raising concerns of harassment. Support calls were met with rude, sarcastic agents. Recently, after inquiring about our options and expressing interest in continuing the platform, we were treated with sarcasm, necessitating intervention from my firm's founder.The perception of this platform as a scam is reflected in numerous reviews. I cannot recommend this service. It does not make sense to pay $300 or $500 without securing customers, and the company's lack of interest in maintaining subscriber satisfaction is troubling. ???????????Do not use, my son and I were victims of $1500 for a false lead. When you choose a prospect, the fake client tricks you into doing the work in conjunction with other providers like movers or contractors. They send my son a fake check to deposit into his account and urge my son to pay the other contractors. For my son, they are the movers. Thanks to my intuition, I asked my son to be careful with this operation because it seems strange to me. Those who are supposed to receive more money are other providers. Why don't you ask him to send it to them, pay you when you clean the apartment. With such an amount, the bank needs 3 to 5 days to process the check. Why do they encourage you to use your money to pay other providers? Long story short, it was a fake check, totally a scam. And the bank froze my son's account, charged him a fee for returning the check and too much hassle to get his account reopened. We paid over $1,000 to Bark.com to offer our services in ****** and the ***. The very next day, our accounts were closed without any evidence provided for the closure. It has now been 16 days, and despite numerous attempts to seek clarification and resolution, Bark.com has only provided generic responses, stating they reserve the right to ban accounts to protect their users.We are willing to submit all necessary documentation, including our EIN and LLC documents, proving our legitimacy. Bark.com claims our accounts were linked to previously banned accounts through payment and IP insights, which is impossible since we activated our card in March and never used it on Bark.com before then.We have lost significant revenue due to this unwarranted account closure. Misusing policies to scam legitimate businesses is unacceptable. We demand transparency and a proper investigation into our case. It is our right as customers to know the exact reasons behind such actions, especially after making substantial payments.This is not just frustrating; it's fraudulent behavior. Worst freelance gig site in my opinion. I have reached out to their customer support multiple times, regarding fake leads. The first time I got no response, the second time they sent an auto response and didn't even read my email. The leads are obviously fake, using the same name like "Ash" and "******" over and over again. I have reached out to 100 different leads, and gotten a response from like 3. I did have 1 hire, and I think occasionally real people come onto the site, but its a horrible experience overall, there are many other better sites that do a similar thing. This is coming from someone who even had a hire on the site but you know what, the money I made from that gig is the exact same I've spent on their overpriced leads so I would have been better off never joining the site (would have saved myself an afternoon of work for free basically).Bark.com Global Limited Response
