      On Saturday, October 7th, 2023, I presented an auto loan financing approval from **** of America to Hertz Car Sales, located at ******************************************************, to purchase a vehicle to be registered and titled under my business L Pryce LLC. At this time, Hertz was listed with **** of America as an authorized dealer that could process this approval. The vehicle selected at this dealership was less than the approval amount; thus, no down payment was necessary..It has been 95 days since I purchased the vehicle for business purposes and have not received the registration. The dealership claims that this issue is with their third-party registration company and also cites the *** as processing registrations slowly. It does not take 95 days for a registration to be processed. I have contacted Hertz Car Sales customer service numerous times and this issue remains outstanding.

      I was forced to purchase optional damage waiver insurance. I did not want it, nor did I agree to it when I reserved the vehicle and we given a price and confirmation number. Despite not wanting to pay the extra, I was than lied to repeatedly about the detail of the rental and the Hertz Uber relationship. And when I tried to get proof I was threatened to be kicked out and they would not rent to me at all, and caused me extreme stress and duress. I had no other option but to pay the extra in order to get the car. Plus what I paid for with the extra, was supposed to be already included according to their website and Ubers, within the original confirmation at the price I originally agreed to All attempt to fix this and get reimbursed have been ignored

      On July 8, 2023, I purchased a vehicle, sold by their sales associate ***. 1 week prior to the purchase, I was able to test drive the car and was interested in their rent to buy option. The website advertised a 3 day rental period before purchase. I was told the location actually does not participate in that offer. 1st red flag - advertising a services not eligible for customers. I still proceeded to move forward in the buying process. On the early Saturday morning of July 8th, I arrived at Hertz ready to purchase the vehicle for cash as my bank, Chase, did not pre approve the vehicle since it was more than 4 years old. I asked Hertz for the full value of the car (sticker value, tax, title, warranty, etc.) so I can head to Chase for a cashier's check. I waited at Chase until about 1pm for Hertz' call on the value, but did not receive the total in a timely manner and I needed to get a cashier's check before Chase closed at 2pm. 2nd red flag - they didn't respond with the car total, leaving me no choice but to finance with their banking partners, TD and ***** Fargo. I have protection on my credit in which it is mandatory I receive a phone call to identify my identity and approve to run credit. I only received a call from ***** Fargo, not TD, in which TD is the bank used to finance in the end. My ultimate plan was to pay cash and refinance with United ********************** When refinancing from TD to UHCU, **** offered a better deal on warranty. I then purchase warranty from UHCU and canceled the warranty with Hertz on July 22, 2023. I was told to expect a check from Hertz of the refund 6 weeks. On October 25, 2023, I called JM&A warranty company on the status. They stated they have never received a cancellation form from Hertz. Since then, Hertz said they can resubmit the cancellation, but have texted and called me several times for my copy of the cancellation form to proceed forward. Third red flag. Status is always unknown and refund is still no where to be found.
