Throw away cars: Bought a new ***************** from dealership. Had it serviced by same regularly. After ****** miles the hybrid battery went out. To replace they quoted $13,000. I do not know if this is a regular occurrence, but it pretty much wiped out all of the fuel savings of having a hybrid vehicle. The *** was a 2013 and the battery went out 2023. At this point the vehicle had a trade in value of about $6000. I could not see investing that much money on a 10 year old car even if it was in very good condition otherwise.

Zero stars! Took my Sedona in for a couple minor warranty issues involving a sliding rear door and the 12v outlet. After 4 TRIPS to this dealership, one in which they had the vehicle for almost a week, the issues still are not fixed. The "customer service" reps are rude and difficult while having no interest in serving the customer.

Follow up: *********** manager reached out to me his name is ***********************. We spoke, and he offered to take my issue to the sales team and see if there was anything that could be done. After waiting 2 weeks, I called multiple times, left messages, and also emailed *****************. He never once returned any of my calls or emails. Keep in mind that he reached out to me. After a couple of months. I also never received my stickers or plate. This also took many phone calls. Finally, finance manager ******************* reached out to help me. I told him how **** had never returned my calls. He was surprised and said he would go see him after our call and ask him to call me. He never did. Finally, 3 months after We purchased, we received the title. We immediately sold this vehicle at a 12k loss. ***********************, *******************, and ***************************** all made Kia of North Austin look extremely careless about their customers, and the they way they handled this is shameful. **** has no honor like Texans like to claim they have. Not surprised KIA of north Austin is not BBB accredited and has 1 out of 5 stars with BBB Let me know if this is really on me for buying a car as is from North *** in Austin. We paid 17k cash for a 2015 wrangler Sahara. Within a week, we had it at the dealership (not ***) for repairs.1. Overheating 2. The transfer case Gear Sensor/Switch 3. FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ARE LEAKING GREASE FROM THE REAR JOINT, INTERNAL SEAL FROM THE JOINTORN AND LEAK GREASE 4. Axle Seal: RIGHT REAR AXLE SEAL ARE LEAKING FLUID.Looks like they never inspected this jeep.So if you buy a used car from them, be cautious. Don't end up like me.
