On Nov. 3rd, Trustworthy Cleaning was hired to perform a heavy duty cleaning of my home. Unfortunately, the services provided were not detailed or thorough. Specifically, there were areas of the downstairs floors in the living room that were not cleaned, there were areas of the kitchen floors that were not cleaned, there were areas in the primary bathroom floors that were not cleaned, and the primary bathroom shower was not thoroughly cleaned. They also did not clean any of the floors in the laundry room. I contacted them regarding the floors and the shower and they sent a crew out the same day to clean those areas. I did not notice that they laundry room had not been cleaned until they had left the second time. They also caused damage to a console table in our entryway. I contacted them about the laundry room and the damage to the console table. I also informed that the employees left their cleaning supplies. They refused to come back but instead offered a $50 refund. The following morning when we went to use our cooktop, we noticed the damage to our burners. I contacted them and provided photos of the damage. An employee from the company came out the following week to see the damages. The employee immediately identified the incorrect cleaning tool that was likely used and caused the damage. They reported this to the company while still in my home. There was no attempt to re-clean the burners. I provided them with information from the manufacturer regarding the cost to replace the burners which is approximately $532. They made me go back and forth with them for another week only to offer me $200. I have communicated on multiple occasions that this was not an acceptable resolution.
