I **ntracted with Closets by design for a closet design. I asked their worker to ensure that it went to the molding on the closet and added crown molding as it was to be close to the ceiling. Let me add that I am 63, and had **vid when the worker arrived. I verbally gave the information. I did add the crown molding at a later date along with drawer lining. When the installers began to install, I noted that the dimensions I had requested were off. The closet did not go to the ceiling nor did the depth of the shelf go to the closet door. The shelves and drawers are way off. Not only this, each side of the system is off approximately 3/4 of an inch leaving gaps on both side. I notified the installer and he provided me the **rrect dimensions and stated that the **mpany would make it right and expedite **rrecting the error. as the parts were prefab and that it was no big deal. He then made a telephone call and again ensured that the ** would make it right. He then left taking all the parts to **mplete the job including crown molding, shelves, shelf **nnectors, drawer lining, etc. A representative called me and I told them that I had written on the paperwork that I was not accepting the shelves until they made it right and that I did not authorize my credit card. The **nversations are on tape and I have a **py of the paperwork. I **ntacted their **rporate office in CA and they refuse to assist. I have had no further **ntact with any representative and my closet is in shambles.
