I am so happy to be a part of Empower Health & Fitness, it is changing my life. Before working with my coach, my nutrition was all over the place, and it turns out I was undereating which was affecting my goals. I have gained so much knowledge since working with my coach and I am only a few weeks in! My workouts have been amazing, and I love that it is totally personalized to me! I love the check-ins, communication, and accountability that come from this program. I couldn't recommend it enough!Empower Health & Fitness, LLC Response

Please save your money. This program is not personalized in any way. The only thing that they are good at is defending their legal right to take your money and not refund you. I signed up for 6 months and as soon as I got set-up, it was clear that all info provided is content that is free online except for the MyFitnessPal that you have to pay for separately. Every time I reached out, the customer service was fast, but basically just to say "sorry, not sorry". Zero attempt to see my side or work out a solution that could work for me. They truly do not care about the customer satisfaction in any way (no matter what they say on here, don't believe it).The bottom line is that it's not worth the cost, save your money and spend it where it counts -on an in-person trainer. The accountability is really not there, there are so many free ******** groups that do so much more.Empower Health & Fitness, LLC Response

We are truly sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience in our program. Our goal has always been to support you in reaching your goals, and we regret that you feel this has not been the case.
From the outset, we ensured that all our coaching processes were clearly described before you signed up for our virtual 1:1 coaching. We have made several attempts to work with you and provide unlimited support to tailor the program to fit your busy life.
You completed your client onboarding Zoom call with Coach *********************** on February 26th. By March 7th, you requested a change of coaches, and we facilitated a Zoom call with our Head Coach, ***************************, to discuss your concerns. As a result, you were transitioned to Coach ***************** roster, beginning on March 9th. You participated in three bi-weekly check-ins (March 11th, March 25th, and April 7th).
After missing the next two scheduled check-ins (April 22nd and May 5th), during which you did not provide the necessary information for feedback, we reached out to you multiple times. Coach *********************** sent numerous messages that went unopened and unresponded to. Your last response to her was on April 9th. On April 26th, we sent you an email inquiring about your program and offering additional assistance. We did not receive a response until May 1st, when you indicated that your schedule was too busy for the program.
Despite our efforts to accommodate and support you, it became clear that you felt unable to fully engage in the coaching relationship. On May 2nd, we sent a follow-up email offering you the option to pause your program and retain the unused time for future use when you could commit, which we were not obligated to do. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response and subsequently received a chargeback from your credit card company disputing your investment in the program.
We understand that the experience was not what you expected, and we are genuinely sorry for that. However, its important to highlight that active participation is crucial for the success of any coaching program. We have always aimed to provide personalized and responsive support, but it requires collaboration from both sides.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We stand by our commitment to our clients and have tried to work with you on multiple occasions to help you succeed. I am rating this company 1 star because they care mostly about the money, i know it's a business but i have requested from them numerous times a change in the amount of money i signed up for at first but they refused despite me being unable to use the program. Life happens, goals change, and in this economy and unstable world companies of this nature should be a little bit more flexible, i have had other memberships in the past with natural doctors and coaches and have never been treated this way. I became very sick 2 months into the program and i couldnt keep up plus i was postpartum 6 months. They put my program on pause for 1 month but not the payment and going forward would not work with me financially, i was bound to this 12 month program without using it at all and they continued to take money out of my account without any cares. The personalized coaching i signed up for was almost daily messages with the same wording being very repetative, not very personal at all. it didnt matter i wasnt currently participating so long as they got their money. i havent been able to work as much and not being able to afford it, they dont care if i dont have food on the table so long they have their money, i literally begged them to stop taking the money because i didnt have it and they continued so i finally put a stop payment, they now have offered me several different amounts to close the contract ranging from $600-1100. They are threatening me with collections and to top it off the coach i was assigned is not even there anymore and they did not inform me nor reassign me to a new coach because i was not participating but they want the money and i have no coach anyways. I have lost sleep, superstressed out, and im sick of this situation.Empower Health & Fitness, LLC Response

We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction with our program. Our goal has always been to support you in your journey, and we regret the challenges we faced in maintaining consistent communication and engagement.
After you signed up, you requested to pause your coaching program due to illness, and we were happy to accommodate you with a 30-day pause from 12/18/23 to 1/17/24. Upon resuming the program, you mentioned on 2/2/24 that you were struggling to get started. To better assist you, we offered a Zoom call to discuss personalized solutions, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
Your coach recorded several missed check-ins, indicating a lack of participation. On 4/3/24, you expressed that the program was not working for you and agreed to a Zoom call with our Head Coach, ******. Despite the meeting being shorter due to your late arrival, you assured us of your commitment to the program. You did not mention anything about financial concern at this time to us but you let us know that you would make the effort to start showing up for your program and work towards your daily goals and start participating in your weekly coaching check-ins.
However, after the meeting, you continued to miss check-ins and did not communicate with your coach. Coaching requires active participation, which we did not observe. When you later raised concerns about the cost, we outlined our cancellation procedure and sent your signed contract, but we did not receive a response on how you wished to proceed. We continue to follow up with you, but would never hear back from you until your monthly payment ran.
In addition, you did put in multiple chargebacks and our company provided all the information requested from our end to your bank. Your bank ruled those chargebacks in our favor from the information that was asked and provided by our company.
We have always been committed to helping you and regret that you feel we did not care about your participation. We sent multiple follow-up emails offering support and solutions, but received no response. Our aim was to make the program work for you, with your effort.
We truly value your feedback and are here to assist you further. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Empower is more than just a program - no cookie cutter pull off the shelf and reuse for all type of program. It's 1:1 personalization for YOUR goals and what's going on in YOUR life, 100% tailored to YOUR needs. I have been with Empower at the time of writing this over 6 months and have definitely seen amazing results that I never thought could happen. This journey is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix, and the coaches put the backing behind that with all of the education and knowledge they share in the live coaching and group coaching! The coaching team doesn't want this to be a quick fix, they want you to succeed and take this with you into the future. I don't know of any other program or company that does that!!! The community is above and beyond amazing, tons of support and I have found fast friends within this awesome fit fam, things that you just don't get with any other coaching program! When I joined, I realized that although I ate healthy, there was so much I needed to learn. I have found so much success with the help of my coach. Having weekly check-ins and access to her through the app makes it feel like she is here with me. Empower is definitely the missing piece for me. I resigned for another at six months in. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and encouraging team. I have been with Empower since February 2023 and it was the greatest decision I've ever made. I've lost 21lbs, become more flexible, more confident, and above all else more healthy. Anytime I need something or have a question my coach or other coaches are willing to jump in and answer my questions and guide when needed. This is a phenomenal team and the proof is in the pudding! When I signed up with Empower Health and Fitness I advised ****** and my coach and the first person I spoke to about me going out for back surgery and it will be a few weeks recovery time. The response I received was do what you can go. As of July 11th I have not received a follow call to see how I was doing and if there is anything they can do for me. They have no interest in your well being. No follow up call to make a recommendation on placing the account on hold for a few months until Dr. ***** is over with. Im going in for the 2nd surgery tomorrow 11/2/2023. Which will Place me underneath another 6 weeks of recovery. So disappointed that this company ******** and ****** are only looking for money not worrying about there clients. Now I have there collections calling me for payment. Why dont you be a better business owner and check in on your clients, it would go a long ways. Row house has placed my membership on mold and hve followed on a monthly basics checking in. I would not recommend them to my friends or family. Nice sales pitch. I should known better. They did not hold up to there bargain.Empower Health & Fitness, LLC Response

Hi ********. I am sincerely sorry that you have had this experience. I have looked into this compliant with our customer service as we do take this very seriously and we pride ourself in our customer service.
From our records we do have an email from you on 7/7/2023 asking if you were able to move your payment due date back. We responded back kindly and said "Hope everything is okay with your surgery. We are happy to move your payment back to July 13th." You then responded back the same day requesting we move it back to July 21st. We accommodated your request at that time due to your surgery.
We sent an email on 7/8/23 confirming we had moved payments for you and finalizing all the details. You responded saying thank you. Then you asked, "If I want to pay the balance in full in August can I? Or pay for the 6 months?" We responded back the same day letting you know we could take care of that for you if you wish.
Your payment that was set to run on July 21st, per your request, declined and we sent you a follow up email that day to touch base with you.
We then sent you emails following up on 7/22/23, 7/23/23, 7/25/23, 7/31/23, 8/10/23, and finally 8/16/23.
We have yet to get a response from you from any of those emails we have sent.
I am extremely sorry you are disappointed in us, but I do truly feel like we did our due diligence to contact you. If you would respond to any of our emails we would gladly work with you to resolve your account status and bring it up to active or resolved.

When I first started this program I was I shock about how much I wasnt eating and how much I was over exercising. My coach is ***** and I couldnt be more happy! She has me on a reverse diet and some days its easier than others. Im eating so much more than I ever was, I spend less time in the gym. Its been hard. Seeing the number on the scale increase has been hard but I keep trusting her and the process. I was so proud I lost 15-20lbs prior to joining but now I see how much I was doing incorrectly! I havent been easy on her but she has stuck with me, reassured me the entire way and soon I will be back healthy and happy with how I look spending less time in the gym and not starving myself!
