      Great looking coin - just as shown on site. One major downside is not because of them, but the ***** It was sent requiring a signature. Also tracking gave a 4 hour window in the middle of the day. Stayed all day waiting for the doorbell but it didnt happen. At 6:30, on a hunch. I checked the mailbox and there it was! Again - no fault goes to BOLD. Everything turned out great!

      Spent overt $1185 on 4 Argentia art bars only to be severely disappointed with packaging and shipping. All the boxes were damaged and the sealed flips are split open across the whole bottom of each bar. So it seems I will have to watch my bars tone . Since nobody has flips or capsules to fit them.

      Very disappointed. We have been waiting over a week for our $4600 order to ship. We paid by credit card so that we wouldnt have to wait for ACH to clear in order to ship. Now we paid all that extra money (hundreds) got nothing. I called and couldnt get a clear reason as to why it hadnt shipped except that one item might have be sent from a different warehouse. They assured me the order would ship by Monday and guess what? Do you think it did? Not a chance. We do reselling and the price has fluctuated enough that we will likely liberal even on selling them. If they had shipped on time we certainly would have mad money. Nothing I ordered was a preorder and there was bo sort of warning about shipping processing times for any other products I purchased. We were so close to placing a larger $35,000-$50,000 order like we do from other distributors and refiners but we thought we would try bold out with a test but to gauge if they were viable long term. Thank God we didnt place a large order and it was only $4600. We order from many places depending on what we are looking for an Bold had great prices on ***** round. This is now negated by the fact that we probably wont receive these until week 3 despite immediate payment by credit card. Im not raging angry or anything, just really disappointed in the whole experience. **************** was friendly enough but didnt solve the issue and still hasnt solved it despite assurances. If I could cancel the order I would and all would be forgiven and we could move on. Again Im sure they are a fine, average company who fills most orders in time but that just wasnt my experience. I personally wouldnt order again from them but I also wouldnt discourage other from It if your not a company dependent on a delivery time. Im certain many people are happy with their transaction and prices.

      Have file NUMEROUS issues with them--zero response on any for explanation/resolution.issue #'s:31868 on 4/23 ***** on 5/23 ***** on 6/23 ***** on 4/21 (all requests above were just requests to get feedback on this claim).The I never received a ************** # shows it was sent to ********, instead of ******, **. The post office told me they could do nothing--any action would be required from the shipper.Bold Precious Metals has not even acknowledged my issue.
