I have been renting an office from Ogle Properties (*********************************************************************************) since May 2022. My office suite has been leaking water into our reception office since that time. I have contacted the property management about said leaking since May 2022 and each time am told that they are "working" on it. This weekend, the water is not only coming in through the drop ceiling into the suite but also behind the light fixtures and puddling in the fixtures. I am concerned about the safety of my employees and patients coming into our office. I am the ground floor of the four floor building.Business response

This complaint is the first time we have heard about this issue.
I sent maintenance over immediately and the repair is in process.
No work request was submitted to the property manager or through the tenants online portal per the procedure.Thank you.

This is the first time I've seen these texts.
This is not the procedure for submitting a maintenance request.
When maintenance request are submitted through the tenant portal they go direct to corporate office.
I pass it along to the building and monitor the progress.
When the proper protocol is not followed, I am unable to monitor.
Please follow procedures for submitting a maintenance in the future.

Please advise as to where this procedure is listed in my lease as I have gone through multiple times and do not see a procedure for submitting issues.Should I also submit a claim through the maintenance request on the portal for the window that was supposed to be fixed prior to 6/1/22 per the lease agreement?

The roof is leaking classing old on the fourth floor, water stream down the wall and leaking on the third floor.
