I hired ***** and **** to be my property manager for ********************** back around 02/2011. These are the issues I have had with the last tenant they managed:1) They changed the amount of rent from $2600 to $2400 without my approval. When I found out about this I repeatedly asked for a copy of the amendment signed by everyone and they refused to give it to me.2) When I signed the property management agreement, they took the original and said they would give me a signed copy back. They never did even though I repeatedly asked for it.3) They are supposed to monitor the property and do inspections. Unfortunately, it looks like they have never done any inspections as the property is in very bad shape.4) I have repeatedly asked for all documentation regarding my tenant including emails, court filings, amendments, and any other correspondence and have not received them.5) Their accounting system does not accurately show my balance nor what was happening with my money. We even did a phone call with their accountant and he could not explain where $5000 of my money went. All he could says was it didnt make sense. In fact, their system showed me at negative $500 which was incorrect but I was constantly told just to ignore it.6) Their portal system was never up to date. When I fired them in December, I had no idea how my property was doing financially due to the fact that there were no statements since April 2021 and no invoices posted.7) They approved to put in a new dishwasher ($500) which did not need to be done and repair a toilet leak ($700) without my knowledge or authorization. In our agreement, any transaction over $200 needed my approval. ***** emailed me apologizing for this which is attached.8) ***** said the tenant still owed me over $700 in back rent and legal fees. I asked for a detailed accounting of this and it was never given.9) Legal fees were charged to me instead of my tenant and this was never fixed.
