      This is a fake company that doesn't respond to any emails or requests and lists a fake address. I disputed a charge after realizing what they did and they instantly charged my card again without my consent after I won the dispute. Everyone else has this issue, never receives orders or responses and the physical location is a lie. The owner needs to be criminally charged for fraud, theft, and using false information.

      I ordered a keyboard from this company and paid for 2 day shipping, however, when trying to get into contact with them they have yet to respond about my order and they also haven't shipped out my order fast enough.

      When initial ordering keycaps I ordered the incorrect size. I'm missing 4 keys to complete the set. I have been patient and understanding assuming the long wait was due to a small company growing rapidly. However waiting 7 months is unacceptable. Payment was requested from me again on April 12th for the 4 keys which was sent and receive. Since then I've been told things like " I got you on my list and it will be completed this week" only to hear nothing until the following week when I receive a similar message. On july 3rd I received a tracking number that I believe expired and never moved. There was a issue with their print and finally on July 27th I received notice that the caps were completed. My main issue is if you tell a customer something stick to it. If I was told "Hey listen we are crazy busy we will be able to get to your request in 3 month" and the keys shipping 3 months later that would have been perfect fine. However when you instead tell me "this week for sure" every week it feels like your just lying. Please, If these key caps are complete just ship them out. Be honest and upfront with me if they aren't. Please maintain honest and integrity.

      My son ordered himself a keyboard from this company on March 6th. *** given them numerous attempts at getting my son his keyboard made and shipped. They only reply on Instagram messages and always give me an excuse as to why I havent received my order. This company is horrible to deal with. Takes days for them to respond. I just want this issue resolved.

      On March 3, 2023, I ordered a keyboard from Alpherior Keys for my sons 12th birthday. I paid $119.99 for the keyboard plus an additional $12.99 for express 2-3 day shipping. The total order with tax came out to be $143.94. I never received my shipment. After several attempts to contact the company through their email address listed on the order site, I began searching for reviews for this company as opposed to their actual product. On a blog post, I located an additional email for them. They responded to tell me the item was on back order. They asked if I wanted to wait or request a refund. I requested a refund and never heard back from them after several emails to both addresses for the company regarding order number *****. Here we are on May 17, 2023 with no refund, no keyboard, and no responses to emails that have been sent. This is extremely unprofessional and based off of the blog postings, this is a standard practice of theirs. I am a teacher, and I work hard for the money I make. I dont have $143 to just throw away. I still need my refund for a product that was never delivered.

      Purchased two items from this company on 2/1/2023 for my sons birthday, order #*****. As of today items still havent been received and have only received a response one time approximately a month and a half ago. Since then company wont respond to emails. This company appears to be a scam from all of the complaints and I want a refund since they cant / wont deliver the merchandise.

      I purchased a mousepad and a set of keys from Alpheriorkeys on 6/4/22 for $84.97. I received my order confirmation and order number. After two months I still havent received my order and when I try call them they did not answer. I contacted on instagram and email still no response. I just want what I ordered or my money back.

      Placed an order on July 25, 2022 ORDER #***** Website says item ships out within 3-5 days. I have not received any other information. I've called and no one answers, I've emailed and no one responds and I've also filled out their online form with no answer.There is no indication that the item is out of stock.I need to get the status of my order since it's almost a month now.

      Transaction occured April 15th 2022 and assigned ORDER # *****. The purchase was from my spouse ******************* as a gift.Notes: All correspondence is via email and available for review. And the self reported CEO of the company *********************** was involved in all emails. Although, the address he listed for the company was ************************************************************** April 28th, my wife reached out to get get a shipping status. She was then told that the items are out of stock (although still listed for sale). The same day the company asked for a response to if we'd like to wait or adjust to order. My wife passed this along to me on my Birthday day and I responded on May 3rd with a request to change the order to accommodate there stock. On May 11th I followed up as I never received word back. I received confirmation back on my order's adjustment that day. I waited until May 24th to receive and update on the order but nothing came. I emailed a request for shipping status on the May 24th, 27th and June 4th. Each email was followed with several attempts to contact the company via phone at ************* and **************. No contact has been received since May 11th.

      I placed an order with Alpherior Keys on June 8, 2021 for three items totaling $149.97 including shipping. Two items (keycaps) were in stock, one item (Hotswap 65% Mechanical Keyboard - Astra V2) was a pre-order with estimated shipping of 7/15/21. I emailed support July 29th looking for an update as the status had not changed with no reply. With radio silence and nothing shipped as of November 2021 I emailed their support again ( ******************************** per the order confirmation) to cancel the entire order -- again with no response and no change to the order status or a refund. Order #**** Purchase Date: June 8, 2021 Estimated delivery: July 15, 2021 Initial Contact to Support: July 29, 2021 Final Contact to Support: Nov 27, 2021
