On 11-29-22, I took smartphone to 1Up Repair trailer at ******************. *************) for screen replacement. Screen replaced, but in the procrss **************** (Fresh) *********** accidentaly discarded the phone speaker. ************************** ordered a new speaker. It took longer than expected to arrive, so I asked for and received a refund of the screen replacement cost. Replacement speaker installed in phone on ****. I returned later that day to report the replacement speaker is SIGNFICANTLY INFERIOR to the quality of the original equipment speaker (which ************************** dosposed of). ************************** told me their was nothing else he could.(or apparently would) do. This replacement speaker produces an unacceptably inferior sound quality and quantity which adversely affects the quality and enjoent of the smartphone experience. 1Up Repairs and ************************** should either install a speaker of similar quality to the original equipment, or pay for a new smartphone.
