Took delivery of backhoe that I paid $$26,632.20 Sales made it clear that it was to go through 2 inspections before delivery. I imeadiatly. Discovered it have not been greased maybe for a couple of years There is about 100 grease fitt***s that would not allow grease to enter. I then bought a electric grease gun that helped Because it is 10 times more pressure I cannot use this machine till it gets grease I have been grease *** backhoes for 40 years. This is the worst. I had 6 pins I had to remove and drill the orfice. And was have*** trouble replac*** pins by my self. I called *********************** Ahead of operations He was cooperat***. And said. What do you need. I said I needed $500.00 To hire help with this. Problem It should have been spotted dur*** one of the inspection He stated he cannot be held responsible for inspection He said he would br*** it up in a company meet*** On may 20 2024 he email me and said it would be discussed At meet*** on Wednesday in few days. I never heard anyth*** from him. Call him. On may 24 th Ask*** him to get back with me on Issue. I had 40 hours of work and $120.00 grease gun. Before I can use the back hoe I purchased The only reason I used boom and bucket. Was the good reviews they had. And seen they were listed with bbb I have pictures of removed pinsBusiness response

We would like to provide some context that *** help clarify the issues presented here. The machine purchased was a 1994 JCB Backhoe with over ***** hours. Age, condition, and hours all went into determining the price of this machine. Machines are sold "as is, where is" per our Bill of Sale that was signed on April 24th and attached. Since that was the case, we could not offer compensation for the greasing/maintenance that you deemed was necessary post-purchase.
Regarding not returning the customers calls, we provided phone records of a returned call. I also provided a response that was sent to the customer on 7/3 after he left a review on another site.
