They are using a contract with the ********** of Tennessee Knoxville to promote the image of being legitimate. In reality this is one of many poor quality online education scams that do not properly train you on the skillsets you need for becoming successful in IT / Data Science / Data Analyst / Cyber Security / Networking, etc...Remember Devry ********** ? (this is the same thing)

I was excited to advance my knowledge IT and took QuickStarts cybersecurity bootcamp. The first couple weeks were all about learning how computers and networks work. What is messed up is their refund window ends before you start your first project. This is where I got frustrated. I was using a Mac and they said everything would work fine in my computer. They sent over a document to download software like ***** Unfortunately, the steps werent working for me and I tried to get assistance making sure everything was installed correctly because nothing was working the way it should. Their response was you need to figure it out. I tried to get different people from QuickStart to help me but I was just getting deferred to figure it out. I asked for a refund and because they got paid already, they werent going to refund me. I took out a 3rd party loan for this and now Im throwing my money away. They want to scam you out of money! I 10/10 do not recommend going through QuickStart for anything.

The ONLY positive thing to say about this school was the instructor, *******..however the school is planning to phase him out sadly. Every other person who works here is virtually useless. The labs hardly work, the "lecture" videos are horrendous, better to watch ******** You will literally learn nothing and job placement is non existent. When you attempt to complain about the school to the school's advisor he will either outright ignore you or deny all your claims. Lastly, career placement does not exist. They do not help for anything and they will not help you find a job. This course is literally a scam and I wish I could get my $6800.00 back as I wasted 6 months and a lot of money.

I regret signing up for this course on quickstart!I had called to Cancel the course in time before the due date. I had submitted a ticket and it showed that the ticket was received and the ticket was closed I was left thinking that i had successfully dropped out of the class! This company has no good communication! Now they're stating that i owe ******! I'm going to have to get a lawyer because this is unacceptable!!

I am a former contractor for the owner and CEO of QuickStart, EnableU, PaceLearn, EdTechVentures, and other companies under different names. QuickStart, like the other companies owned by ****************** are similar companies, oftentimes offering the same exact program under different names and descriptions. The programs are poor and will likely not result in the promised success upon completion. The recruitment practices and ways of offering funding resources should be really closely investigated because things are not as they are promised.I completed my work several months ago and still have not gotten paid for my final invoice. They have asked me to sign documents to get paid, but I refuse to do anything outside our original agreement. Be careful doing anything with any of these companies.

The quality of education is abysmal and the professionalism of those working for the company is not any better. Do not waste your money. I immediately requested a refund and, although the company promised I would receive one, they keep ignoring my emails and pushing the transaction date back. The way this is going, I will likely need to seek legal counsel to have any chance of obtaining any type of refund. I don't know how any university could promote this type of business.
