      Telephone harrassment. I have never contacted this business. They call constantly, several times a day, claiming to follow up with a person named "***" who contacted their company. I have record of DOZENS of unwanted calls. I have requested they stop contacting me, and to take my number off of their call list. The representative was flippant, rude, and dismissive. I will also be reporting them to the ******************************.

      I have now blocked FOUR numbers from this company attempting to call me. I have never submitted my information to any flooring companies, let alone to Modernize. I am not even a homeowner. Modernize either has acquired my information by accident, and has not taken the hint that I am not interested by my multiple ignored calls and blocked numbers, or they have acquired my information fraudulently, do not care, and have continued to reach out despite a clear lack of correspondence on my end.

      I reached out online to Modernize for a quote for a tub refinish and shower surround installation. I began receiving multiple calls from spoofed numbers from various contractors around the area-most of which could not provide the services requested. When one contractor reached out via text, I asked how they received my information and they replies with Home Advisor. Modernize appears to be another rebranding of Home Advisor/Angies List which has already received a $7.2 Million fine from the ****

      I am constantly receiving phone calls from this company Modernize with no luck of stopping these phone calls. I am not sure how my number was provided to this company for these harassing amount of phone calls. If it is at all possible, I would like to be placed on a DNC list, as I use my phone for work and these annoying constant calls back to back is quite harassing. Thank you for your assistance.

      Company "Modernize" despite blocking them is repeatingly calling me and leaving VM. If I didn't pick up the phone all this time, shouldn't they get the hint I don't want their service vs trying to call me repeatedly? I am also on the *** list as well and feel they are not honoring to that and harassing me and others with these calls. I didn't consent to get their calls nor do I want them.       Somebody used my phone number to fill out a form on their website, and they keep incessantly calling me (3x immediately in a row), and they gave out my number to contractors who keep texting me. I do not want to do business with this company and they need to stop contacting me and they need to stop having their contractors contact me.
