Id give them a zero star rating if I could. Ive had packages get lost after confirmed delivery. My apartment complex has some sort of contract with them and are charging me for this service. Ill not be paying that fee either. I will have my packages delivered to me at work insteadReview from Al L

This company is crooked. The thoroughly review your receipts and deduct any that are 1000+ points and accuse you of breaking their rules. They make make it impossible to see the receipt they believe has broken the rule so you have no way to defend yourself. Do not waste your time with this app its just trash!Review from Imir P

Absolutely the worst company in the country. This middle man logistics company was thought up in the mind of a greedy capitalist who only sees tenants as bank accounts they can extract from. When I order a package I tell myself, why dont I find a place that can take my package from a legitimate logistics company and delay it for me a few days? Thats exactly what I want! Well thank the gods that Fetch exists! You cant find any information for this company but an email. Everything in the ** in 2024 is a scam. No one gets their worth anymore with companies gouging prices and stagnating wages, but Fetch makes it certain that yes, you are truly being scammed. I have found 0 upside to this company and I only hope that the news article of this company going under tragically hits my newsfeed as this will be the only thing to make me happy with Fetch.Review from Christian C

Terrible company. We are forced to pay to use them via our apartment complex. Packages get lost/stolen frequently and Fetch customer support is useless. And now, even though getting temperature-sensitive medication that had my home address on it (not my Fetch delivery address) and was supposed to be delivered directly to my apartment building, *** wont come to our apartment building because we use Fetch and they took it to the Fetch facility instead. Its unbelievable. And forget about it if you order something thats supposed to come next day. Because youll have to wait until Fetch processes it. Also now if a package is lost, you have to deal with 3 different parties to get resolutionthe sender, the delivery service and Fetch. Stay as far away from this company as you can. It should be illegal that apartment complexes force their residents to use them.Review from Aimee R

Truly awful, a completely unnecessarily step in receiving packages. This service makes no sense at all. I would not rent again in a building that uses Fetch. This is an example of a business solving a problem that doesn't exist. For what they charge it would literally be cheaper for buildings to hire a dedicated package person (since you can not opt out of Fetch and the cost is tacked on to the rent)Review from Geraldine K

Fetch delivered my package only for me to get to my front door and it be gone WITHIN MINUTES OF DELIVERY. I even reported the issue on the app very quickly after walking around the hall trying to find the delivery person. Fetch refuses to take accountability when its highly suspicious a package is taken this quickly. The Fetch person delivered it then took it from my door. How convenient that it was a female deliverer and the package was a dress with a description of this on the package. DO NOT move to an apartment with Fetch, they leech off something that should be free and remove any liabilities with stolen and lost packages. Amazon wont refund me bc its FETCHs problem. Its so frustrating to lose money like this. Especially after coming home from a 12 hour shift.Fetch Package, Inc. Response

This review is about Fetch Package located at ***********************************************************************************Not only Fetch has lost some of our packages before, and their delivery person was tailgated inside of our building 2 months ago, causing our packages to get stolen, but they also keep on delivering packages to the wrong door. They did that with our packages before, and now their customer care has been bothering us TWICE via email (06/11 and 06/19) claiming that on 06/05 we received packages for someone else between 7-9pm: we have never found any package outside the door the day after, but we would have brought them to the Fetch office or called them to schedule a pickup if we would have found them. Since we werent expecting any package for us that day, we had not opened our door for more than ******************************************* the customer that was expecting them was able to locate them and came to get them. Fetch must train their employees better, take responsibility when mistakes are made (that should never be made in the first place since they are handling mail), and stop sending customers unwanted emails for problems we did not cause. I am making this issue public and will take further actions to report this situation, until Fetch takes responsibility for their mistake and apologizes for these repeated, stressful emails. I filed a complaint with BBB, and I am now reporting Fetch online on multiple platforms and to customer protection organizations. I am also willing to let the media (newspapers and tv stations) know about this situation so that other customers can be properly informed, protected, and motivated to report similar issues.Fetch Package, Inc. If you are debating living in a community that offers fetch services, DO NOT MOVE. It is sold to you as a convenience, however it is the most inconvenient waste of money you will spend in fees to your community. I had a very important package that I specifically FLEW TO pick up from my ATL address. It was delivered to the facility at 11am. I called asking for the team to expedite the scan process to have it delivered in the next window. Hours go by and no scanning. I called four times before it was scanned at 4:24pm. I selected the 6-9pm delivery window (which I was frustrated with, but overall glad Id get it) only for it to be CANCELLED because the driver didnt have room in her SEDAN. If your drivers cannot accommodate the schedule packages, you should supply trucks, add additional drivers etc. the logistics of this company are a NIGHTMARE. I called an additional 2x and requested to speak to a supervisor where I am still waiting for a call. The package was delivered 27 hours later from the time it was delivered to Fetchs facility. Absolutely unacceptable. Lest we forget one of their drivers also stealing one of my return packages a month prior. Their customer service is incompetent. They are anything but convenient. Avoid at ALL costs or ask for this service to be removed from your fee list like I am currently in the process of doing.Fetch Package, Inc. Response

We apologize for any delays you may have experienced. Our facilities receive orders in very large quantities. Therefore, although the carrier marks your item "delivered", our team still has to receive and scan in packages which can take up to 24 hours to show in your account.

The entire concept behind this company is completely nonsensical. Why would anyone ever choose to add an unnecessary middle man to an industry that is already so prone to human error? This invites more opportunity for error, more opportunity for theft, more opportunity for package loss. I have had many issues with Fetch that are all a result of the inconveniences above. Additionally, for a company that has SO many complaints and problems with delivery, they have NO CONTACT NUMBER. I cannot call a person on the phone to resolve the loss of time sensitive packages. I had to text someone from Fetch during my lunch break, who then told me that someone would call me. By the time they called me, my lunch was over. So now I have wasted the text representative's time, wasted the person who called me's time, and my own time was wasted trying to talk to someone. AND MY ISSUE STILL WASN'T RESOLVED. This company needs to be shut down, it is extremely inconvenient and incompetent.
