February 2022 $14800 paid Prinz Dirt Workz was hired to lay cap on existing slab and to pour a driveway. Driveway came out perfect. The slab was not done correctly. The slab is not level and retains water after every rain. Owner was contacted to fix. He sent a crew to cut drain lines and they were inadequate and crooked. ***** was contacted again, he came and said he fired his helpers, but was hiring a new crew and would fix. This was in March. They never came back and stop responding to calls. The slab now has a massive crack that runs the length and has basically sunk on one side. We sent messages requesting a refund but the owner has now blocked us from social media and refuses to return calls. All we want is what we paid for and for it to be done right.Initial Complaint

Paid in full for a driveway and sidewalk which had a 6 month warranty per the owner Within a month the driveway began to collect up to 3 of water every time it rained and also had several large cracks. I contacted the owner to ask for repairs and was told they would be complete that week. Repairs have not been complete and I have asked the owner 5 times over 2 months for repairs or refund. There has been no resolution.Business response
