      DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. I paid for the top package,all inclusive, only to learn later that I would still have to pay them another $70 for the driving test! I also bought this package for the advertised "will pick up your kid from school", but inconveniently they stopped that service, thus I still paid the same dollar value for docking my working hours. By this, I mean I had to leave work early to make it in time to pick up my son from school and dash across town before 5 pm. Note that they say they gave a 10 min grace ******* but we arrived 8 min late once, and the class left without him.********** was a nightmare!!One time they sent a reminder that didn't even belong to me threatening that if I no show I get charged so I had stop what I was doing to fix that because the message had a different child's name.You are told to call at specific times on certain days, and the phone just and rings. I am a working parent, making this weird call us only after this time on these days really difficult & I would have to use my whole break trying to schedule his next lesson.It's a confusing process of never ending Scheduling leading to dead ends because they forgot to mention this or that. They are extremely disorganized.In the end, my conclusion is that this is a scammy, disorganized organization that harnesses bullying methods because they say pay us $70 or good luck getting it done with DPS. I was left feeling ripped off, having paid the premium package, and still demanded to pay more. I would like a partial refund. I honor the driving lessons from this course but the rest was useless video watching and headaches.

      I bought a driving course for my son - *********************** in Asutin Driving school in June 2022. Currently (after 3.5 months) he only received 2 classes and the secretary always says come in 3 weeks and I will give you a date. It is not possible to receive the service we paid 400$ for.

      I completely understand your concerns, and unfortunately our industry as a whole is understaff**. We are doing the best we can to finish up our students in a timely manner, but it is definitely taking a lot longer than normal. You are welcome to transfer to the **************** location to finish up the course, or we can switch your teen to parent taught driver's ** and refund the unus** amount.       My daughter purchased a package of driving class. We did the online class and started in person instruction. It is a nightmare to get scheduled. No one picks up the phone even in office hour (at least in Westlake Location) and messages don't get replied. After five calls, I finally find a human being but she claimed she cannot help at all because she cannot find the file. Basically, they charge a package that involve in person teaching but making scheduling so hard. It takes about 6-7 tries to get one appointment (usually a month away) and you cannot schedule another one until this one is done. So to finish the six in-person classes, about 50 calls need to be made and it takes about a year just because of all the waiting. Most people cannot be so persistent and simply forfeit the class. They get to earn money on services they never provide.

      $350 paid to the business in 2020. Business committed to providing class-room training (to be completed online due to Covid) and driving training and testing. The office does not answer calls or return vms. We have not been successful in getting a solid driving schedule as we are given the run around and changes in the appts without our knowledge or last min calls about new times (these calls are not updates but instead reminders about appt times we did not have scheduled). The office staff is rude and it is very hard to do business with them. I am asking for a refund of at least 70%. My son will not be able to complete the program with this business at the rate we are going with trying to connect with someone at the business. This experience has been a nightmare. I have tried for close to 2 years in completing this course. We had online issues where my son's progress in the class-room training would not save causing him to be required to redo modules he had already completed. Trying to schedule driving days and keep the scheduled days and time is not achievable with this company. **They moved locations and did not send out any notifications. Overall, it is not worth the stress to continue to fight with this company (1 sided as they do not return calls or are never available when you call). My son will be going off to College next month and with the driving scheduling issues, he would not be able to complete this course now.

      I paid Austin Driving School $359 in 2021 for my son's driving course that included the 14 hours behind the wheel for staff to take him out to drive. He completed his online driving course in February 2022, I have been calling and trying to schedule the driving part, and no one seems to help, call back, answer messages, etc. Last call I made, I was told that I would be refunded a portion of the amount paid due to lack of staff on their part. This was a month ago and I have yet to receive anything. They are selling a product they cannot fulfill. I need a refund. Parent: *************************, Student: *****************************

      We signed up and paid in full a year ago for our daughters driving ******s and license. We have been unable to complete her driving ******s or test because they never have enough openings to accommodate. We were transferred to the North **************** after much complaining and still only got 1 ****** out of 5 needed. We complained several times until one of the driver instructors was very upfront and told us that they do not have enough driving in structures nor personnel. They have a secretary bouncing between 2 offices and multiple complains. He explained how employees are not paid enough, so they can retain driving instructors.They have cero regards and continue to sign up students even though they cannot provide the services they advertise.I have exhausted calls and visits to no avail. I need my daughter driving ASAP as I travel often for work and cannot be here to take her to school or any of her activities.The lack of customer service is unreal. The lady that sometimes answers the phone is rude and lies. To get me off the phone she claimed to schedule us for 2 ******s a month ago, when we called to confirm, we were told she was never on the schedule.At this point I am going to register my daughter somewhere else and would like a full refund of monies paid or the completion of her ******s.

      If I could give zero stars I would, this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered with any company. I usually don't even leave reviews but this place is horrible. I have tried to be patient with the ******** Mill location but have not received any type of help from them. I registered my daughter for driving class in August 2021 and she completed the class and received her driving permit in September which provided. We were initially told that they would call to schedule her drives with an instructor. After several months of calling the office and leaving messages but not hearing from anyone, I decided to visit the office in person this was in December. I was told they missed her name during their calls because they were back up due to Covid which I understood. I was finally able to get her scheduled for her first driving ****** which went smooth. Right after the drive, I tried to scheduled her next drive immediately but was told they would have to call to arrange the next drive when they had a teacher available. We guess what, they never contacted me. I began leaving numerous messages again but still did not receive a callback so I again take the initiative and drive to the office to get help, mind you this is now March 2022. I get there and get the same excuse about Covid but they got her in the schedule. Now the only time they have ever reached out to me was to reschedule the drive for the following week. We completed her second drive and again was feed the same BS that they will call us to schedule her next drive. Of course, I have called and left so many voice messages to get her scheduled but have no received one call back. I go to the office again this past weekend to try to schedule another drive since I can only seem to get her in their books by going there in person. When I get there the the receptionist, I think her name is ******** who is the least professional person I have ever encountered just says they will call me when there is an openi

      I put my son in this driving school at the age of 16. He will be 18 in November he is lacking 2 hours of driving with a instructor. They took my money and not providing the service I paid for

      I personally spoke with ********************** earlier this morning concerning the last two lessons that were lacking, and those two lessons have been scheduled.
