On January 25, 2021 we received a proposal for shades and ** work to be completed in our home. We made minor modifications to that proposal and agreed to proceed. We paid a deposit of $20,495.63 ($12,297.38 on 2-09-2021 and $8198.25 on 2-16-2021. The ** work was completed although not entirely successfully. The promised improved speed in our service was not achieved. We were disappointed but did not contest this. On March 24, 2021, the shades were delivered to our house for installation. The shades were not the correct color. I ordered Basketweave ***************** #PP75-48-1. Sample #WSF-B-1 -P for all my non motorized shades. (off white color with 1% visibility). What was delivered was Fabric S0707-M-3 - 3% Pear (A **** color with 3% visibility. The installer and I took pictures of the shades that had been delivered as compared to what I had ordered. I sent a text to the owner ************************* showing him the discrepancy and so did his installer. **** phoned me after rechecking his orders and said that they had made a mistake in ordering. He agreed to make it right. There was an issue with availability of the fabric I originally ordered so I had to reorder. I resubmitted an order via email on 4-20-2021. I suggested we do a walk through of the house to make sure we were all on the same page and we wouldn't have any more problems. **** and I did a walk through of the house on 6-24-2021 confirming the new shades. **** said that he would give me samples of header colors for the shades. I repeatedly asked for these samples in July. The last communication I had with **** was via text on 8-11-2021. He apologized for the delay and said that he would find out what was going on with the suppliers. He has not responded to emails, texts or phone calls from me or my husband since August. I have had boxes of the wrong color **** shades sitting on my floor since March.
