Maybe youll order from POTV and never have an issue with a new purchase, but if you ever need support, or receive a defective product and you need to deal with this company, then you might seriously find yourself wasting a lot of time, like I did. And if you are lucky enough to get a call back, after waiting for days trying to call them, expect to get disrespectful staff that doesnt know how to treat people professionally on the phone. Sure, there are a lot of companies people complain about, and a lot of people are perfectly satisfied with their experience, but the truth is, I was a new customer and the first time dealing with this company, a real mess, so think about that. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else to do business, theyre not the only ones out there.

The retailer boasts 100% satisfaction guarantee -click on the web page link for that guarantee and you get a 404 page not found as of August 29, 2023. The retailer charges a minimum of $20 for all returns that was not explained initially or understood. The buyer simply sees 100% satisfaction guarantee and is led to believe the purchase would be fully returned. The return process is quite clunky as well and does not allow for the full order items to load. With the page not being found on the 100% guarantee, this is a deceptive SALES practice plain and simple. The retailer DOES re-sell these units after getting them back in stock.Planet of the Vapes Response

I am a 42 y/o repeat buyer of Planet of the Vapes. Previously I could order without issue. Now the Age Verification prevents me from ordering. I attempted to rectify this with Planet of the Vapes but received no reply (other than a confused automated response referencing a prior order which is not in dispute). Any solutions Planet of the Vapes? Order from another website?Planet of the Vapes Response
