I am an international customer from ****** and made an order for Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada ****** from Vipera LLC . on 25 January 2024, I received an invoice SI-1269 from Vipera with product description as NVIDIA RTX ************************* 48G with total of $8,701.99. In the invoice it stated this is a pre-order and will be delivered in February 2024. On 25 Jan 2024, I made the full payment of $8,701.99 to Vipera LLC via international wire from ****** using bank details they provided. I was promised item will be delivered by February 2024. When I didnt received the product in February, I sent them few email and on 2 April 2024, VIpera finally responded to my email, I was informed product will be delivered via their ***** branch soon.On 18 April 2024, I was shocked to receive a parcel in a biscuit carton box via DHL. When I opened the box I found a product wrapped in a bubble wrap with label RTX A6000 (Nvidia product) without any official Nvidia box, without any warranty card and without any manual. Further to that, the item has a clear dent marks on the s**** section and ***************** which indicated the product has been used. The product I received is not Nvidia RTX 6000 ADA ****** that I ordered rather than it is a used A6000. This is totally different from the product description in the invoice. I also have checked with ********************* who confirmed product I received is not ADA ****** and was manufactured in 2021. This confirmed my thought the product is not what I ordered and in a used condition. I put the product aside.I sent several emails to Vipera since 18 April 2024 but they never responded to my email anymore, I also tried to reach them via chat in the website and call, however they never answered my queries anymore.Almost 4 months since I made payment and Vipera still unable to delivered the right product to me and no longer contacable, I no longer have trust on Vipera and request to cancel this transaction and for a full refund to be made.
