      Had an HRA through an employer in 2021. I left the same job in 2021. Been getting emails from the company for funds still available & when I went to try to go to the website I could not login. Precious members stated the website has bugs and it was an issue I was having with it and could not login. This was not my current ************************** only worked there for less than 6 months so it was assumed this was a spam email since I couldn't login & the website was filled with bugs which it currently is. In the last 2 weeks I found a number & called & was told this was in fact a real ******** had money. My issue is my acct was on hold & the greedy shady company kept taking a $9 fee every month for the last 3 years and will not return it. I would have used the money had I known this was a acct with money that I contributed to. I have been hung up on, told what someone wouldnt do, heard babys and kids crying in the back ground, been laughed at & all I need is my acct off ************ returned!! I wouldve used the funds years ago & any professional not shady company wouldve called or mailed something saying my acct was not being used and or closed. Had I not found a number & called this company wouldve STOLE my money until those $9 monthly fees wouldve made my balance go to ZERO

      I have not been employed with JTS Modular for about 3 1/2 years now and I am trying to close out my Contractors Plan account. I sent in the distribution package- termination of employment form on 10/17/23 and received an email stating that the package had been received and was being processed on 10/23/23. I reached out to customer service on 12/1/23 and was told that the check was being held until *** sends them the proof of termination date. I was told it would probably be best if I called JTS to let them know what was going on. I called JTS and they said that they sent them that information on 10/31/23. I called customer service back and they said that they were still waiting on that information. If their still waiting on receiving information that *** said that they had already sent them I don't see how this is going to be resolved. It should only take them a few minutes to get my termination date from JTS I don't understand why I am being asked to do the footwork.

      Contractors plan has failed to release our funds after 30 days. They falsely close requests without any release of funds. They do not answer phones and they are holding funds hostage after the release dates.

      After leaving my job with an employer who signed me up for retirement benefits under contractors plan without my knowledge, I decided to collect my money. Contractors Plan has made this very difficult. It's been weeks since they acknowledged receiving my request (August 11, 2023) that had to be printed, signed and mailed. I've called multiple times, never able to reach a person.

      Termination from job allows you to terminate the plan as well. As stated below, this program doesn't allow for any easy way of doing anything. They state going online for ********* is the quickest way but they do nothing on they're end. My distribution was recived on march 28th via an email i recived from them. doesn't even show on the website, just my full balance. No sign of them even beginning to process my request. No response to messages no answer to phone calls even after sitting on hold for hours each time.

      My previous employer offered a 401K account through "The Contractor's Plan", an entity of the Fringe Benefit Group. After ending my employment, I chose to rollover my 401K account balance held with The Contractor's Plan to my Vanguard ************************ Prior to doing so, I contacted the customer service team at The Contractor's Plan for clarification. My statements listed approx. $430 of my account as "non-vested". I asked (1) if I would be subject to the .5% fee the insurance carrier "may" charge when terminating the account within 3 years of opening according to the paperwork, and (2) why my account was not fully vested since my employer did not offer a match, and the entire account was funded by myself. I was told by The Contractor's Plan's customer service team in separate e-mail reponses "You will not be subject to the early surrender **** * ** see that your total balance is vested". However, in rolling over my account, The Contractor's Plan withheld $430.82 as a "forfeiture". I contacted them via the same e-mail chain in which I had been communicating my questions during the rollover process to ask for clarification regarding this forfeiture fee, and no one has responded to my three e-mails (Feb 1, Feb 5, Feb 13).

      I have reviewed your situation and there was an unnecessary delay in the processing of your distribution.  Your check will mail this week.  I have waived the normal processing fee.  I am sorry for the delays.  You will receive two text/emails in the next few days.  One notification when the check is processed by our bank.  The second notification is sent when the check is mailed with all the information of amount, check #, etc

      The contractorsplan website has always been inconvenient to use and riddled with bugs over the years with no fix. Want a loan or distribution? You can't do it online and when you call the only way to get to a customer service rep is through the sales option.Now when you ask for a distribution they will try and circumvent and tell you to do it online. Then you have the option of either having them email you forms with is reasonably fast or be mailed a packet which would take longer.I opted for the forms online when I received an email on August 12, 2022. Mailed the packet in promptly and received confirmation that they have begun my distribution on August 17, 2022. I caller Friday September 30 as to what the holdup is and was told they're "still processing." It's been well over 30 days.Frankly if they don't process this soon I will be taking the matter to court.

      I have Fringe Benefits through my employer at Chilis Bar and Grill and apparently this insurance has absolutely no providers in network that I can establish care with for my health. I have tried to reach out through various methods and have had no luck getting an answer as to why there is only specialist and no real doctors that can provide any care for me. I called every single doctor and either there was no answer or there was some voicemail with a prerecorded computer greeting that I was not sure belonged to a provider. All the providers that are there are either gynecologist, cardiologist or physical therapy not a real doctor that you can go to get a physical or even if I got sick with a cold or something.

      The network does have over ************* your town, but you are correct that your rural area does not have a general doctor that is currently accepting new patients.   I did locate several several options in the neighboring town.    Please call ************ or  ************ and there are several doctors accepting new patients and list themselves as primary physicians.  I hope you find a doctor to meet your needs.  Your network is www.firsthealthlbp.com
