DO NOT WORK WITH ATS. We used ATS for multiple surveys of an outdoor loggia/pool house/6' wall addition project around our pool yard. On ATS's last survey of our property, they charged a highly inflated amount ($1,000) and stated that their crew was at our home performing the survey for 8.5 hours. They were not, and we have security cameras on all sides of our home that show this. I offered to provide this footage to ATS, but *************************** stated that "My charge is basically how long the crew took to do the job. We have GPS on the trucks and can see how long the crews were at each job....Our GPS clearly shows the trucks were present for the hours invoiced." Again, we have security cameras that show that their crews (and their trucks) were barely at our house, and they certainly were not at our home for 8.5 hours. When we asked them about this, they reduced the bill to $750, which was still $350 more than the prior surveys that they had done (other than an initial $1,000 survey of the entire property/lot/project). When our contractor called ATS last week to schedule the final survey, *************************** told him that ATS is too busy to do a survey of our property again. I e-mailed **** to confirm this, and he stated, "Hes 100% correct, we are too busy to take on any more work." I immediately e-mailed him back and asked for confirmation that *** is too busy indefinitely to conduct surveys for our property, and he has not responded. ******************************* actions toward our asking him questions about his invoice are almost certainly the reason that ATS is "too busy" to take on any more work. *************************** and ATS are clearly retaliating for questioning their invoice. Regardless, we have found another company to complete the last survey that we need, and they are far less expensive than ATS (we are saving money by not using ATS). They are also polite and responsive. If you read ATS's other reviews, you will find many other negative reviews that are consistent with ours.
