March 8, 2023 I gave honest lash a payment of $999.Class was supposed to start on April 1st 2023. They never sent an email or a phone call saying they have postponed the date so when I call they tell me it will start June 1st they explained that they need to do some construction to pass for TDLR regulations. June comes and nothing no email no phone call. So I then call again. they said most def in mid july they will start classes.I call in august and no answer. I email one of the main people in charge of the university and she explains that they are still in construction so I requested my money back. She gladly said she would give it to me In 10 buisness days. 14 buisness days later and no money so I email her again.She says they had been trying to reach me (which I never reviewed an email from anyone regarding this) to get my Zelle or venmo information. I sent her my Zelle. I still didnt receive my refund, so the next day I email her again with my Venmo information and still nothing. No email or money back.Initial Complaint

- Date of transaction: March 13, 2023 - Payed $999.00 They provide me with a lash course class for 8 weeks full time then a test to be licensed.- Confirmation #F0WEDMVRE - They had their website up promoting their spring & summer course registration 2023. I saw it in march and now we try looking it up but they took down their university website. ( I have screenshots) - I would emailed the one in charged of the school. Yes, she reached back but did not refund my money into the bank like she said. Recently, I emailed her again to remind her about my refund. Told me if I had Zelle or Venmo to refund my money without fees but didnt receive anything yet. This is why Im making my claim been waiting since march but they kept extending the start date.
