There is no way to cancel membership. The agreement terms mentions an online website to cancel membership but the link sends you to a site that has no ability to cancel the membership.Initial Complaint

On our last visit to Urban Air, the employees there showed callous disregard for the safety of the children at the park. Two kids collided on the zip line, when only one is supposed to ride at a time (this happened because neither employee was paying attention). There were only minor injuries, but it could have been far worse. At the same time, my kids were improperly harnessed for the rock wall and only after I alerted the staff, did they make an effort to actually do it right. All the while, they joked and small talked about how they didnt know how to properly put the harness on. Had I not intervened, its completely plausible that my child could have fallen down and suffered injury (including grave injury). The employees there are not taking child safety seriously, so Im no longer willing to let my children go there. I contacted their membership site and asked for immediate cancellation. They said no and only offered to pause the membership. This is not acceptable. My children (and others children) are simply not safe there due to their poor staff and lack of seriousness about safety. Yet, those in charge refuse to release me from a contract. So, they can refuse to provide a safe environment and properly trained employees, but Im forced to keep paying them.
