            I have NEVER had a customer service rep go so far above and beyond to get my Dad's refinancing done. ****** texted me daily to tell me updates. He answered the phone when I would call for info and texted me immediately when he couldn't. He was super articulate and very efficient when explaining things to us. BEST EMPLOYEE EVER.
