            Lies. Lies. Lies. Salespeople misrepresent lending criteria. Once they lend -- on the promise of future funding -- they lock you into an overpriced loan that is impossible to "re-up" even though I met the stated criteria. When I complained and pointed out their errors and misrepresentations, they sent me to collections. I never would have signed up for such an expensive loan if I had known that their lending criteria could change so arbitrarily.

            At the beginning of my experience with Onramp I would rate 5 stars. However, et the end I would rate a 0 if possible. After receiving funding, my business bank account was hacked. Leaving my account overdrawn. I spoke to Onramp about the issue, offered to provide proof from my bank with a hand written letter! I then settled my account with ******************** to clear funding. After nearly a year later, I re apply after being told they will revise my account. Denied. Denied because of an issue out of my control, & Onramp was owed $0 in funds as it was paid off immediately after my bank account was hacked causing no withdrawals to go through for my repayment. Definitely not a business that cares@ about their customers.
