    On April 15, 2026, at approximately 11:00 AM, I placed an order with SignsOnTheCheap.com and selected the Rush shipping option, advertised as Ships Next Day!*, for a shipping fee of $65.18. However, my order did not ship the next day. Instead, it was split into two shipments: the first shipped two days after the order date, and the second shipped three days after.While I received my complete order by the expected delivery date, the expedited processing and shipping service I paid for was not provided as advertised. The companys promotion of Rush shipping implied faster processing and dispatch, which did not occur.I contacted customer service and spoke with both a representative and a supervisor to resolve the issue, but no resolution was offered.This misleading advertising caused me to pay $65.18 for a service that was not fulfilled as promised. I am requesting a refund of the Rush shipping fee and recommending that SignsOnTheCheap.com update its advertising to more accurately reflect actual shipping practices.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Signs on the cheap continues to uphold their decision based on the correct delivery date. However, my complaint is not about the delivery date, it is about the ship date. As per the messaging on their website which advertises SHIPS NEXT DAY, my items should have been shipped the next day, which would have been April 16, 2025. My items were not shipped on this day and instead were shipped on April 17 and April 18 of 2025. The only acceptable resolution to this matter will be a refund of shipping charges.

    04/16/24 - Order #******** - $457.93 04/18/24 - Order #******** - $252.22 Orders were guaranteed to proof and confirm prior to production, in fact they said my orders were ON HOLD until they heard from me by phone with their **************** as well as via email. They sent me their products without my confirmation.I offered a replacement that they refused. I want my money refunded and I will not be placing orders with them.

    Regarding sales order ********, I am only showing two images that appears to have a low resolution logo which are the 3ftx6ft and the 18x24. I have attached the *** proofs. 

    Please if you zoom in at 100%, which is not usually the default (Ctrl 0 on PC or Cmd 0 on Mac), youre able to get an idea of the print quality. 

    Please be sure to review this proof from a desktop or laptop computer. Mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones do not allow you to enlarge the proof to 100% to view the true image quality at full size.

    The **** refund for these 2 items in full would $98.41. If you do have photos of the other items to show that they did arrive blurry/low resolution, we can look into those for you.

    I want 100% of my monies refunded, especially that I have had to go through all this work to attend to this.  Your company could have just fixed the errors, allowed me to approve (again as you guarantee) and reprint which you refused to do.  It is irresponsible and disrespectful of my time and our relationship.

    On February 24th, I made a purchase from Signs on the Cheap and paid for rush shipping, for which I paid $41.33. As per their policy for rush orders , its supposed to ship the next day and it wasnt. My order was guaranteed to be received by March 1. My order did not arrive until March 4th, which was after the promised delivery date. Consequently, I was unable to utilize these items for my Open House event scheduled for March 2nd. I reached out to Signs on the Cheap multiple times to inquire about the status of my order. As it became apparent that my order would not arrive on time, I was told by customer service that I would be refunded the rush shipping fee if the order did not arrive on time. Despite contacting the company numerous times , I received inconsistent responses and the run-around from customer service representatives. Finally, on Tuesday, I was assured that the rush shipping fee would be refunded. However, after two days passed without receiving any confirmation email regarding the refund, I called the company again. The customer service representative apologized and sent a refund confirmation via email.As of today, March 15th, Signs on the Cheap have yet to process the rush order refund of $41.33. Nevertheless, I want my $41.33. I am deeply disappointed by the poor business practices and dishonesty demonstrated by Signs on the Cheap throughout this ordeal. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that the refund is processed promptly.

    I am rejecting this response because the case was closed yesterday morning (See attachment). The items from my order, which I did not receive, were shipped on Saturday, March 9th, and arrived on Wednesday, March 13th. As you provided the tracking number for the items two days ago, the PAYPAL case is now CLOSED. However, I am requesting a refund of $41.33, which was the amount I paid for the RUSH ORDER to receive the item by March 1st. Unfortunately, it did not arrive by the promised date.

    I called customer service to ask why my signs aren't priced as advertised. So, the agent assisted me with an additional discount. I ordered 300 signs with stakes and was given total price of ****** with taxes and shipping cost. I just received the order and no stakes included with order. waited for over hour and finally talked to an agent she told me.there were no stakes on order. Only 300 signs. I mentioned, I did this order with an agent. never knew that I would be screwed over and asked why you would order 300 campaign signs without stakes. Agent asked me the name of who helped me of course I'm not going to remember name over month ago. asked how much 300 stakes would be and was told over 400 dollars additional when u price out order without discounts it only 161 dollars more. The agent inputted the order by mistake without stakes and I shouldn't be charged for her mistake. I requested to talk to a supervisor but was told that nobody is available. Left message with CEO of company *********************** his cell phone number is ************ no return call and coo of company *********************************** ************ neither care to help or answer phone or text messages. I was willing to pay additional 161 but agent said she can't do that. I also did a tracking on my 2 boxes shipping 24 lbs. the cost of shipping was only ***** per box using *** rate code so I'm *********** a partial refund on shipping. I was charged ****** shipping.

    Good day, and thank you for taking the time to write in!

    Upon reviewing your order and listening the call, the findings were that the Representative advised of the reason you were unable to get the signs at 84 cents each and also why the price was higher. This  84 cents offer applies to 100 single sided 12x18 signs which also has to be one color only. 

    The different cost and options were provided to you on the call based on your request which you later advised the agent that you would play around with the order. 

    There were no wire stakes ordered as you would have removed those when you were removing items to have the cost lowered, this would also be visible when items are added to the shopping cart and would be provided on the confirmation email or receipt sent after order is placed.

    Regarding the shipping cost, these are tied in to the promotion that is being used at the time of purchase for the order and as such we are unable to have that adjusted. We are unable to process a partial refund on the shipping. I do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    I ordered some campaign signs from them and paid the RUSH order fee of ***** to receive the signs by October 6, 2023. To date no signs received. Have called the company and no one answers, it is an eternal hold. I am surprised of their negligence because I have been a frequent customer and by the most part, they have always kept their side of the bargain.

    Ordered signs that were advertised at three dollars and some change. When I went to check out this cost doubled. When I contacted them and waited on hold for over 40 minutes I finally got to speak to someone about the discrepancy in price and they informed me that it was due to the number of colors used. This would have been really helpful to know before the design process, no where was this mention on the website. So much of this process felt like bait and switch false advertising. They advertise that the price is going to be lower than what it is and that I can get here sooner than what is advertised.It will be here over a week after I place the order, and with the understanding that it would be shipped out the next day. This could not be further from the truth.

    I'm so sorry for any confusion caused by our website. I see that your order was placed with Rush shipping and a delivery date reflecting 8/4. It appears that your order has finished production and is still estimated to deliver by this date at the latest.

    I also see that your design is a full color (4+ colors) design. We do offer a pricing calculator on our website to assist you in calculating the cost of your signs/design before you get started, which for future reference is located in the top right corner of our site and pops up when selecting "Pricing". This allows you to enter the details per material/design, including the size, quantity, number of printed sides, accessories, and number of colors in order to view a price per unit and subtotal cost of the selections chosen.

    The price on our homepage beside the orange "Start from Scratch" button defaults to single-sided, single-color, 18x24 Corrugated Plastic in the quantity of 50 and without accessories. Pricing updates on the Options page just after the design tool when the additional selections as mentioned above are chosen, so that the final subtotal of the sign/design accurately reflects what was chosen as well as any bulk discount based on quantity.

    I purchased 100 signs using my own design.The signs showed up not looking correct. The design is off. We called to have this addressed with no reply. Signs for the cheap said they would call back but never did.After looking at the signs more closely. I have noticed the entire sign is messed ** in another way. The back image is flipped upside down and you cant read it. The order is completely messed up and I have been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get a new order printed. Not on my dime either! I have shopped with this company for years and spent thousands. I will gladly go elsewhere. Please fix your mistakes!

    On 7/12/2022 we placed an order for 2 signs from signs on the cheap. We paid for the 2 day shipping option. The original email we received said the order was to be delivered 7/16/2022 via *** from 2-6.. signs never arrived on 7-18-2002 I called them and inquired about my signs the employees were extremely rude and unhelpful they said your signs wont arrive until 7-20-2022. I paid ***** for 2 day shipping they said well thats to bad we dont deliver on weekend days so your incorrect. Meanwhile I have the email screen shots that show they were suppose to arrive on the 16th. The employee (the manager) said I was a condescending liar and my email didnt say that. So Ill provide the email to prove I am correct I will NEVER use this business again. Im a realtor and I will make sure every one I know does not use this business as well.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am responding to the complain because I paid 2 day shipping. Not what they are calling Rush Shipping. The website does not even say rush shipping. Its legit called 2 day shipping. As stated on the phone. Our original submission showed that it said the 16th for delivery. So we order on the 12th and now apparently will be here on the 20th? Thats 8 day shipping. 

    On top of that my wife being called a condescending liar about the proof we had on the *** tracking is ridiculous. No matter what my issue is that we paid for 2 Day shipping. 

    It shouldnt be shipped *** ground if being shipped two day or even rush delivery  8 days for shipping is crazy   And the customer service is despicable

    After reviewing the confirmation email that we sent, the expected delivery date is for 7/20 as you selected the Rush shipping option for 5 business days which doesnt not include the weekend. 

    The order was also placed after 4pm CST which is our Printing cut of time which gave 7/20 as the delivery date.

    One of your package was delivered on 7/19 and the other package delivered on 7/20.

    We did meet the expected delivery date as promised hence we are unable to provide a refund. 

    I do apologize that this isn't the resolution that you are looking for.

    Hi,I used this company last year for signs. They have my sign template on file. This year they send me signs for $172.76. The signs are missing our website at the bottom. The letters are not spaced correctly and there is a smear **** on top of one of the letters on the signs. I called the company and was told that I ordered the signs that way. That's impossible. These signs were suppose to be duplicates of last years order. I still have some of the old signs. They offered me a ***** dollar credit. I offered to send them back with a return shipping label and requested a refund. They said they can't do that.

    After reviewing your order, It does show that this is how the Signs were ordered on the website. 

    Once placing an order, we do ask that you reach out to the helpline once items are in your cart in which we can send a proof at that time so that you are able to see what the design will look like. 

    In regards to the smear, we would ask that photos are sent to us so that we can review items.  

    Based on the situation, we are happy to have the order refunded in full. I've filed a request to have your order refunded in the amount of $172.76 to the account that was originally charged. The refund will take us about 1-3 business days to process, at which time you will receive an email notification from our billing department. After that, depending on your financial institution, it may be an additional ***** business days for you to see that amount reflected back in your account.
