  Im a real estate professional and ordered signs with expedited shipping to meet a time-sensitive deadline. Despite paying for faster delivery, my order arrived latespread across two daysand not by the guaranteed date shown at checkout. I provided clear evidence of the delay, including a screenshot of the promised delivery date.I requested a refund only for the expedited shipping feea fair and reasonable ask. Unfortunately, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge the discrepancy or accept responsibility. Its disappointing when a company prioritizes deflecting blame over standing by their delivery ************** a result, I will no longer be using SignsOnTheCheap and will be encouraging my colleaguesover ****** agents nationwide in my brokerageto consider more reliable vendors. I suggest others do the same if on-time delivery and professional service matter to you.

  I ordered 10 signs. My cc was charged immediately but I got no confirmation, email, or delivery date. I contacted them with the date/time of my cc charge going through. They "couldn't find" my info. Have to contact my cc company to cancel the charge. Total Scam

  You won't be able to get anyone to answer the phone in their "art design" department, and apparently that's the only way to reach them! I've been trying for about a week now, but after reading these reviews it sounds like I definitely shouldn't use this company.

  The customer service is terrible. They do not respond to questions and issues with your order. They only time they care is when you want to cancel then they give you a sob story. If i didnt need the signs i wouldnt have ordered them.It has been 2.5 weeks since i ordered and it is still not processed..DO NOT ORDER OF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCT..

  If I could leave no stars I would!!!! I ordered my signs in enough time to receive them for my campaign kick off. I didn't receive them when they were originally supposed to be sent, so I reached out to the c*** company only to learn my order was placed on hold. They never emailed or called me to let me know there was a problem. They didn't explain that they had printed it too tall and not wide. I asked for them to refund me my money and I'll go somewhere else. They shipped the ********** and now I can't even go back on their website to talk to someone. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, this company is a sham! This is hogwash, and I will hire an attorney to get my money back.

  no oversight from office on making sure design orders and signs are correct. Do not use them if your sign is off they will not let you know, use a local printing company that will catch these items.

  Purchased 100 signs. Was contacted by their team and they stated the original color ordered was not available. They proposed a secondary color option, which we declined on. It was too dark. They replied with essentially the same color as originally ordered. We agreed to it.We received the signs and they were of the color we declined due to it being too dark. We contacted them to discuss the matter. They have been dodging the fact of their error and are doing their best to avoid the fact of their error. We requested to return the incorrect order and a full refund. They have been dodging the request.Stating their are sorry for the issue, but not answering our request in any way. With them providing inaccurate product, and not making up for it, or even acknowledging their mistake, I do not recommend signs on the cheap. I recommend taking their pricing and asking your local print shop to match the same price. At least when it's a local shop you can discuss with them in person. Not just behind email where they dodge you and your questions.

  I ordered 100 signs. I had a ******* error which I corrected within the hour of ordering my signs. I received 90 missed spelled signs. The 10 signs that were correct had a faded striped pattern. Its been a week now and Im still waiting for my refund. Very disappointed in the customer service side. I originally wanted my ordered corrected but now I just want my money back. STILL WAITING..
