I placed an online order with The Fire Center (which seems to also go by the name of Fuego Fire Center) on October 27 2023. The item was a belt which I paid a total of $34.36 for I received an email confirming the order which further stated I'd receive an email when the item shipped. Being the item was shipping from within the U.S. I expected I'd have it in a week or so since I too live in the U.S. I never received an email from them and contacted them approximately a week later and was told they would check on it and get back to me. I didn't hear anything back and they ignored my additional emails inquiring about the order. I called last week and was told the same thing, i.e. they would check on the status and get back to me. I again have heard nothing.I told her I wished to cancel the order and be refunded and was told that might not be possible depending on the status. I have heard nothing from this incompetent company and demand my money back. It cannot be legal to take someone's money and not deliver the product ordered. I am done wasting time with them when they don't respond back with any useful information.Business response

We refunded the customer on November 27th, due to the manufacturer lack of response when reaching out to them for further detail regarding the customer's order. Please note, when placing the order, the customer was informed that the item he was ordering fulfillment time was dependent on the manufacturer of the product. Fuego Fire Center works with various vendors for drop shipping, however, their fulfillment time is out of our hands which we make clear to each customer when purchasing. While most of our vendors are prompt, we believe given the holidays that the manufacturer is currently backlogged.
