I cancelled my membership on 11/15 and my card has continuously been auto-paying membership monthly ever since despite 3-4 calls into this location to verify that my card will not be charged. The cancellation documentation shows up on OTF's system and I have a signed copy of the form signed by both parties. The rate of monthly payment also increased on my card over the past month without notification or any communication from the business. As an owner of multiple businesses, it boggles my mind how this sort of customer service/experience is acceptable. Be very careful when giving your card info to this business. If you do end up giving in, the best way to to stop having them charge your card is most certainly to just cancel the card as I unfortunately have learned. I would like to humbly request a full refund of all (4) charges post-11/15 to my credit card in addition to (1) additional month for the multiple hours I have spent out of my own time to rectify this issue. The sum of this request is $805.00.
