In October 2023, I went to a free 30 min stretch session. After the session, the employee talked to me about signing up for additional sessions. I signed the contract and was charged $360. When I got home and read through the contract, I realized it was going to cost a great deal more than what I understood it was going to be. I immediately sent an email and called and left messages that I wanted to cancel the contract. It is my understanding that I can cancel a contract within 24 hours. I sent daily emails and calls, and no one called me back. I then disputed the charge through my credit card company, and they recently charged me back saying the business sent a copy of the contract and I was obligated. They re-charged me $360. The credit card company said they heard from business, but I have yet to ever receive an email or call back.Business response

Hello,
We were wanting to give **** a refund but she started the chargeback process with her bank before we could do that. Once the chargeback process is started we are not able to provide a refund or do anything else on our end. The account is locked until there is a resolution. We can and will provide a refund to **** at this time. Thank you, ************************* Regional Director Stretch Zone ******

I am rejecting this response because: I disputed the amount with my credit card and the business sent my credit card company a dispute where I was charged back the amount. Therefor I am still out the $360. I have not received a refund.
