I recently order 3 dozen individually wrapped cookies to be delivered to a hospital on a military installation. Everything went fine until delivery. If someone does not have credentials to enter a military installation, they have to check in at the visitor center. Originally tiffs website said my order was delivered. Received a text a while later, they couldnt deliver because driver could not enter installation. Reached out to them, called BS on not being allowed on installation. Upon discussion via email, their response was when delivering, our drivers are routed with multiple orders, and so each order needs to be processed in a timely manner. When delivering to a secure location such as BAMC, our driver will not be able to wait for a visitors pass. The solution presented was to ask the folks I was trying to surprise, they go to the gate and meet the driver. WHY, would that work? Inconvenience staff taking care of soldiers and families, to get an order that was ordered as a surprise to them! They are processing a refund MINUS the gratuity the delivery driver did arrive at the base before being unable to enter. I am the one who put the gratuity on the order, WHICH I DID NOT HAVE TO DO, for none delivery of services I paid ******, DO NOT ORDER FROM TIFFS TREATS if it is being sent to a military installation!Review from Frank V

I love warm cookies delivered to my home. I ordered cookies for my sister and laws birthday on 7/5/24 she lives in ************. I got confirmation that she will receive them on 7/5. A later email said she would receive my order on 7/9 via ****** My order was sent on 7/5 not delivered. I was never contacted to say my request was shipped on 7/5 not to arrive on 7/5. Im requesting refund for not following up that my request would not arrive on 7/5 and as requested. I made a complaint to customer service and was told tough luck for me. I have all emails telling them my complaints.

We do not currently have a Tiff's Treats warm cookie location that services the ************ area - when ordering online via our website if we do not service the customer provided address with a physical location, the customer is prompted about our Shipped gifts which are shipped desserts via mail - "It looks like the address you have entered is eligible for our shipped products only!" and the customer has to select to opt for our Shipping ordering. This does not follow normal process for our warm cookie delivery. Customer would have received an email that their gift was shipped (which is stated) but does not state that it will be delivered the same day. It was set up as an ASAP shipped delivery and promptly shipped the same day the order was placed. Customer will be contacted from our team.Review from Joyce T

Caution: Rip Off. This company uses a bate and switch technique as well as false advertising in their email discount offerings.Example: First 2 orders with them went smoothly. Discount was applied properly.3rd order, not so much.Offer is $15 per dozen. When adding to the cart and using the discount code, the total is $37.14, not $30. When discussing with customer service I'm told, oh you are in **********, so the FINE PRINT says some areas may cost more. WHAT??Offered to send a cookie coupon but would not re-instate my membership.The cookies were good, but their business model and marketing are a RIP OFF.JT in *********Review from Riley D

Forgot about my "Elite" subscription until the renewal date. Noticed a "Pending" charge on my online bank statement and went to the Tiff's Treats website and canceled my subscription. It stated that since I have not used any of the benefits I would get a refund. Sure enough the charge was immediately removed. As for the actual service I never had any issues with delivery or quality. Price is a bit high but the convenience was worth it.
