Alliance has a large selection of products and their customer service is outstanding! We purchased a 7-pc bedroom set with white-glove delivery, which was perfect and would buy from them again! They have gone above & beyond to put their customers first, and even assisted with something that was outside of their scope. Their integrity, business ethics and professionalism is incomparable!

I ordered a dining room table from this company, and was alerted that it was out of stock. They communicated quickly and personally, apologized even though it wasn't their fault, and refunded my payment immediately. I will order from them for sure in the future, especially since I found out they are a family owned and operated business which takes customer service very seriously.

I have purchased the **** dining high tables/chairs set. Love the look and the style And its versatility. Everyone who comes by and sees it loves it. It has come with some minor damages and an issue with the white glove delivery.Alliance Furnishing has been VERY helpful and showed caring and support in resolving the matter and finding a happy medium to make me feel heard, cared for and as a valued customer and issued refunds where they were needed. This was the first time I dealt with Alliance Furnishings. I ordered a ********** Comfort King ******** with the wall saver option and both heat and massage. Ordered it on June 27, 2022 delivered on July 23, 2022. Alliance kept me informed of the progress on my order and were great to deal with. The transport company was also good to deal with. When the chair was loaded on the truck it was given a stop number and you were able to get an idea when your delivery was almost there. What they did with my chair is they loaded the truck up with both Friday and Saturday deliveries. I was #** for delivery and Friday they got to #**. My delivery time was between 7:30am and 11:30am. They called me around 7am and were at our house by 7:15am. I had paid for the White ***** Delivery which includes assembling anything that needs to be done making sure everything works right and then placing it where you want it and removing any boxes or trash. Everything went very smoothly and I would recommend Alliance Furnishings for your next purchase.

They've got a good website, did a good job, kept me updated, got me the exact chair I wanted for a good price.

Alliance Furnishings were great to work with. Found the piece I wanted, and they were a little cheaper than everyone else. Main reason I went with Alliance was because I could get my furniture piece months before stores were promising delivery. Would use again for sure.

A very good experience buying online from this company. I priced the set I wanted, submitted questions to make sure the set was Im stock, and verified the sale price had not ended. Everything was verified via email and I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. I placed the order and selected the white glove shipping. I received email messages from Alliance Furnishings, and the freight company over the next few weeks with tracking info. I was contacted by the freight company 5 weeks later from the date of purchase to setup delivery. Everything arrived packed well and was unboxed outside and then carried in the house and placed in my living room. The delivery guys asked what I wanted to do with the trash, and I told them I paid for white glove that they needed to assemble the furniture and take the trash. They informed me that their work order did not have white glove, just door step. They agreed to take the trash and left. I finished unwrapping the pieces and assembled my set. I went back and found my receipt later and confirmed I paid for white glove. I emailed Alliance Furnishings the next day questioning the shipping. I got a response apologizing that the incorrect shipping was selected with the freight company and they refunded my entire shipping cost. I am satisfied with that resolution. I love my new set and the fact that I saved thousands.

Flawless experience from beginning to end. I was kept informed regularly from the initial purchase throughout the final delivery, every step of the way. The product is high quality and at a good price. I highly recommend doing business with Alliance.

Alliance furnishings is a great company! The were very fast on responding on any questions that I had. They kept me informed about when the delivery would be. Everything was very well packed with ZERO damage or scratches. I will definitely buy from them again!
