      I ordered my furniture on June 6, 2024. I understood 2 to 4 weeks. Got notification it at shipped to moving company June 15, 2024. Received a call from movers about 2 weeks later and they weren't going to deliver it until July 22. You have got to be kidding me. Called the company and the first person I talked to said she would try to get it moved up but couldn't guarantee anything. Asked to speak to the manager and she basically told me " that's the chance you take when you order on line". Very professional! She called me on 4th of July and said it should be here the next week. That mover had mechanical issues so couldn't deliver it. So the next week get a call from another mover and finally got my furniture July 16. **************** is horrible!

      Our standard delivery ETA is 2-4 weeks nationwide. However, you live in an infrequent delivery area. Our delivery partner only services your area once a month, and you were notified of this. When you called to inform us that the July 22nd delivery date was not acceptable, we told you we would work on finding a third-party local delivery company that might assist with this delivery to expedite it.


      We called you back two days later to let you know we had found a third-party service that confirmed they could pick up from our delivery partner's warehouse to deliver to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the day before their scheduled pickup date, their trailer caught on fire. Since it happened at night, they couldn't contact us or you immediately. However, they called you the next day to inform you of the delay due to the fire. As soon as we found out, we acted quickly and hired another local company to accommodate your delivery. We continuously communicated with you via phone and email to keep you updated. This other third-party delivery company was able to deliver your furniture successfully.


      We strive to provide the best customer service possible to all our customers. Despite your area's remote, infrequent delivery status, we went above and beyond to take care of you, even if it required hiring a third-party delivery company.
      We're sorry to hear that our efforts did not satisfy you as our customer. Rest assured, we appreciate the opportunity you gave us to assist you with this purchase.

      Could not be happier with Local Furniture Outlet! Excellent service before, during, and after the sale. Best prices by far. They also handled my credit card transaction using 2-step authentication ensuring extra security, which I greatly appreciated. Given some of the negative reviews posted on BBB, I was very hesitant to do business with them. However, I called them directly (like several other BBB customers have done) and the person I spoke with put my fears to rest -enough that I decided to give them a chance. Glad I did! Super-pleased. Everything went incredibly smooth. I also received my daughter's vanity in seven days, versus competitor quotes of 4-to-6 weeks. No damages or product issues. Highly recommend!!

      It was a pleasure to deal with Local Furniture Outlet. I was a little hesitant in the beginning because of some negative reviews and unbelievable prices. However, ***** had assured me that they did have shipping issues a couple years ago, but had made some logistical changes and the problems had been solved. He was very upfront and honest with shipping times. I received my items within a months time as he promised. The white glove service was excellent, no damages and installed perfectly. I will definitely be ordering again from LFO. They aim to please and certainly did on my order.

      I wish that everyone I dealt with was as clear and helpful as these guys. They listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me various options. All of my questions were answered and they gave me numerous options. The sale person is honest, smart and fun to work with. He rocks!

      They provided timely and thorough response to email inquiries. Im extremely pleased with their customer service. We absolutely love our ********************. Everything is so perfect and exactly what we were looking for in our new condo! Their designs are amazing and they were super attentive to all of our needs. Shipping was very fast and their prices were the best online.

      Unprofessional doesn't even cover it with this company.We placed an order for a couch (which has a misleading description that led us to order the wrong model, mind you - that's problem #1) and all was well, it was in stock and ready to ship.Except oh wait, now it's not in stock. Problem #2. It's on backorder. Fine, I don't need a new couch that bad. I can wait.Two months go by with no update. Finally contacted the company again and it turns out their freight company jacked up their rates and they're offering us a "courtesy" of splitting the now increased cost. As I said, don't need a couch that bad. Canceled. Problem #3.We get a call back afterwards. They've got our couch in stock, they changed companies, we can get the couch at the original purchase price in a few weeks. That's fine.What's not fine is the complete lack of customer experience throughout this entire tirade.Iris is who we spoke to specifically and she was standoffish and unwilling to offer any help despite having tried to be understanding throughout the whole ordeal. It is unfortunate that people like that are allowed to represent any company in any manner.In the end we got a furniture item we paid for, but the item was misleading in that it is advertised as a sleeper and not all models come with the mattress, and the road to receiving the actual furniture item was remarkably unpleasant, all things considered.

Supply chain issues for the last 2 years have caused quite a bit of chaos which in turn has caused customer service issues.With that said we are making the move to become Texas focus and work with our local providers to help reduce future supply chain and customer issues.

      Horrible customer service ordered ******************** October 2020 i have not received my furniture cannot get anyone to answer my emails or my calls finally got a hold of somebody by website chat supposed to be getting a refund still have not received a refund again cannot get a hold of anyone at the company
