      I placed an order #R997660552 on 03/08/2024 for a total of $1,644.86. I was told to wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks for shipping. I have received no updates from the company despite trying to contact them by phone and email several times. Horrible customer service from this company. I either want my doors or my money refunded.

      The customer contact us today about the order and we are looking into the status of the order. At the time the order was placed the customer was informed that there would be no communication until the order was completed and ready to ship. All orders are verified twice with the customers prior to production, all orders are custom made and after the customer verifies the order, there is no need to contact until completed and ready to ship. Per the emails that have been sent to the customer, we will notify the customer of the status of the order when the information is available.

      I am rejecting this response because I have been told a couple of times already that they would look into the status of my order and let me know the details but they never do. I am curious to know if anybody has actually received their order from this company or do they just keep getting pushed out? I was told that there was no need to contact me until the order is ready to ship. When I ordered it stated to wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks before shipping which was fine. I am now on month number 5 on waiting for my order so of course this is throwing up a red flag for me and wondering if I have been scammed or not.

      Emailed to buy a roll up metal door and provide specifications, company sent over an invoice and ACH authorization. They took the money out of my bank account using a fake check that is being investigated by my bank. They stopped email contact ********************************** after 2 months and no order was ever received. The business is being operated by a felon named ************************************ out of ****************** who was recently found guilty of multiple counts of fraud with similar online scams.

      The customer order and paid for the order per the authorized payment form. The order is in the production que and on schedule per the terms and conditions of the orders. The customer was notified that after the order is placed that the next communication would be from shipping, no other communication is required until the order is produced and ready to ship. The customer has been notified by email that when the load date is available that it will be emailed to them and shipped. The other information that has been sent is false, the person he has stated has no affiliation with this company and per BBB no person information can be disclosed on any post. Based on the information within the post, the customer will be given the option to follow the Terms and Condition of the order agreement or cancel the order.

      Ordered 9 doors 04/15/2024 was told 4to6 wk delivery. Haven't received over 13wks so far. Called many times can't get ahold of any one and won't return calls. It seems to be a scam.

      I placed an order on 3/20/24 for a rollup garage door order # R662036307. It has been 3 months with no updates. For two weeks I have called and emailed mulitple times. No response. The charge on my bank statement says "United Builder" for some reason. This is a scam company who steals your money. Beware!!

      The customer placed the order and two days after the order was placed the payment was returned and the order was placed on hold. Several emails were sent to the customer notifying them of the payment cancelation. We received no response from the customer and the order was cancelled.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The response from this businsess is a total fabrication. I received no communication at all or response asking where my order was. The payment was not refunded. How is it possible to get away with blatant fraud? You immediately respond to my BBB complaint but do not respond to calls or emails. Please help BBB!

      We ordered a roll up garage door from them on 01/29/2024 and have not received the item or heard from them since. I have left dozens of messages and sent emails and no one has gotten back to me. The whole cost was $919. I will be filing a police report today.

I have continued calling and leaving messages and have never gotten a callback.

      We purchased a roll-up door March 1st, were told we would be notified when it shipped out in 6-8 weeks. It is now over 13 weeks and no door. No reply to email. No reply to phone calls. Of course, these scammers made sure the delivery framework would be over the 60 days to reverse credit card charges. Our shed is rotting in the rain with no door. Several projects are on hold due to the inability to lock up tools. We have been frustrated, and now we are angry. One forgets there are dirty scumbags out there masquerading as businesses.

      We had emailed the customer to inform them the order was placed on hold due to their payment was charged back to the credit card. This is a made to order item and per the Terms and Conditions of payments, the order was placed on hold until another form of payment is made. We have not heard any response from the communication we have sent to the customer, the order is on hold until the payment is made.

      We ordered several roll up door. Once payment was made, Over Headdoor Outlet/ United Builders Supply would not return calls or emails. Maybe once every 3 months someone would check in and give an update of still in production, and promise resolution soon. After 6 months of no product and our check being cash we looked on BBB and found out this company is a fraud. We are filing a police report.

      The customer was informed of the delay in the order, and they accepted it. They wanted the order delivered and then called back and canceled. The order was canceled and refunded as they requested.

      I placed an order, # R732729797 On October 1,2023. The site said average shipping is within 90 days. Follow up email on April 2, ********************************************************************* That hasnt happened.
