Owner operator of Garage Interiors, *******************, did a masterful job in reimagining our garage. His handiwork was especially noted and we were more than satisfied with his work. However, a few months before the first anniversary or our remodel, we began having problems with the garage door lift device which he installed. While attempting to repair it directly with the manufacturer, Liftmaster, we learned that it was NINE years old at the time of installation. When addressing this issue with ****************, he indicated it was "new" coming out of the box. We have since experienced ongoing problems with the device and have replaced the logic board. Liftmaster indicates that the technology in the installed device has been totally replaced since manufacture of our installed device. We have spent countless time on the phone with Liftmaster and have had Precision Garage Door of ****** do a service call to get our door operable. **************** owes us $130 for not supporting an antiquated product he installed.
