    On Friday, June 3, 2022 just before 630pm, my side view mirror on the driver side of my car (black Acura RDX) was damaged by the car wash at the Circle K location # ******* @ ******************************************************************************************************. In person, I spoke with Store Clerk, ***, at about 630pm (this was right after the incident/car wash). *** advised that I would need to call ******* (store mgr) the following day before 2pm he also called her at the time of speaking with me to advise her that I would be calling. ******* then advised *** to take pictures for reporting to claims. Over the phone, I spoke with ******* at 12pm on Saturday, June 4 and she advised me that she would be submitting an incident report and Ill have to wait for claims to reach out to me. A claims representative by the name of ******** left me a voicemail on Wednesday, June 8 at about 1:46pm requesting time of incident. I phoned her back on Thursday, June 9 at about 1:27pm at the number provided of ************ and left her a voicemail with information as requested. I have then attempted to reach her and customer relations ***************) for a follow-up but only goes to voicemails: I have left messages on Thursday, June 9 Monday, June 20 Tuesday, June 21 Friday, July 1 Monday, July 11... Friday, July 22... and Tuesday, August 9. On Monday, July 11, I also submitted a contact request via their website to their ***** ************** and received an auto response from email ********************************** stating my request was received. On that day, I also used the tire air machine; video from that angle can show my mirror without damage prior to entering the car wash. It has now been over two months as of today, Monday, August 15, 2022 at 11:00am, I have NOT received any contact from Circle K with any type of follow-up and/or any claim information. I've uploaded copies of the message sent via web, copy of the auto reply, a screenshot of claims rep ********** bank statement of purchase, and pictures from incident.
