The contractor was paid a 50%+ deposit to remove carpet, fill cement cracks, and lay new epoxy floors. The contractor gave us a 3 day timeline and then proceeded to no-show us repeatedly. During this process, he repeatedly tried to get us to pay the full amount without rendering the work, which we declined. When people showed up to work, he cancelled them and tried to charge us "remobilization fees" to bring them back to the offiice. We ultimately had to do the work ourselves and hire another company because he delayed our business from opening over a substantial period of time. It was clear that he was trying to get the full amount to take off with the money. When I asked him for proof that the funds were in his account and if not, were used for sub contractors or materials, he sent a payment to the contractor, sent me a screenshot of this, then asked that contractor to return the payment to him. I have the text exchange between them as well. This guy took our money and never came back to the office again, forcing us to replace him. I can provide a timeline alongside explanations and correspondence that will better explain the situation in detail and highlight the fraudulent acts he's committing. He's also claiming to be a licensed General Contractor in the state of TX which I discovered is a lie.The payment occurred on 3/04/22 for ****. Not a single job was completed, he ran with the money. I also have full supporting documentation.

This guy is a fraud and attempting to extort me through public messages. He breached his contract and received our companys cost as a welcome to ****** ***** from ******** . When he didnt reply to our emails and communications the project was stopped . He then authorized a re mobilization fee $1500 all in the contract he signed . We have forwarded you this documentation and builds terms .

Attached was the original signed invoice and mind your this is a 22k floor retail . He had left fictitious reviews on 9 platforms and to this day has our 3k floor machine and will not give it back . I have not filed charges formally but I see no other options as he is very tenacious and firm on defaming is as a team .

I am rejecting this response because:

Please analyze all of the original documentation and you will see that we never approved a remobolization fee, he only "mobilized once" and cancelled them immediately upon arrival because we would not pay him in full outside of the agreed terms. Let's talk about defamation.

His claims are baseless and have no place in this conversation. All evidence of his lack of professionalism and attempted scam has been well documented for your review on my original submission. As you will see from before, he even sent money to a contractor, cancelled them, then told the contractor to leave so they can charge us an additional fee. He then asked him to send the money back to him as he wanted it just for documentation to show me that my money had been sent to subcontractors, per TX state law, which the sub contractor immediately sent back. The messages you have are from his sub contractor directly.

Anyhow, please review the above and you will see that he is also committing libel and slandering our company and my name personally. Please add this to the consumer complaint. In the photos, you will see a fake review. First, I should say that he claims to have done ******** office. Second, I will say that I have not seen a single consultation in the office yet and all of our clients have been personal friends and family because we are still renovating and fixing the mess from this delay. Lastly, you will notice that ******* also left a negative review for his apartment complex. A simple search, as well as his original invoice (also attached) share the same address, because he used to live at that apartment complex that was registered as his "business" address. In other words, it was very obvious he left the review.

Moving forward, I am not interested in any of this scammers responses, I expect a resolution of a full refund or all future communications will be rejected. Please submit the complaint and finalize it. I will be initiating next steps in this engagement now.

      Regards,
