Signed contract with the company for a patio project on 7/6 was told would start within 2 wks. Paid deposit of $1566. Job did not start when we were told. Attempted many times to reach them and no responses for a few wks then on 8/4 received text from owner we would have new date end of day. No response and again multiple attempts made . Finally given start date of 8/15. They did not show up contacted them and were told would start next day. That night text received saying our job was pulled until call from owner. No call and no contact from them again for days. Finally got in touch and asked for refund as our job has never started and there was no contact. We were hung up on. We are still waiting on refund that has never occurred and job was never started. They took our money and provided no services that contract was agreed upon

I had signed a contract with Renovate in Texas by end of may this year. I was told the work would be completed in around 45 days. The contract amount is $60,000. The contract was written in a way that there was a weekly milestone to pay $13,500. They started the work, but it was slow. They could not complete the weekly milestones, but I paid them for the first 3 milestones as I could see some of the workers coming regularly. Overall by June 2nd week, I paid them $40,500. Its now around 3 months and they have not completed even the part of the rooms they started in June. For the past 5 weeks, they have stopped coming to work. The work is at a standstill. The staff has been rude in talking to us. Seeing no interest from them, I had asked for refund. The owner assured me around 4 weeks back, that he will get this corrected. However, there is no action seen. Now, the owner has also stopped responding to texts and calls. My money is stuck. My work is not getting done nor I am getting refunded. Need help.

We hired ************************* (Renovate in Texas) company in December 2022. The contract for this project was executed on December 14th, 2022. Funds in the amount of $34,616.54 were sent via bank wire to **************************** to provide windows as well as materials per the contract. The contract stated **** weeks for delivery and, as of the date of this it has nearly surpassed 22 weeks. Nothing has been done on this project to date, nor has there been proof that these funds were used to order the windows per Contract_***********-yyyqewhtml. Multiple requests have been made to verify with no verifiable response. the business will not respond and at this point we can only believe fraudulently spent on items unrelated to our contract.****** was also hired at the same time to build a garage apartment on our property. According to the contract executed on November 12, 2022, the project would be completed within 120 days from the start of construction. Through numerous attempts, we have requested that ********************* provide evidence that materials have been ordered. He failed to provide such evidence. We recently received a complaint for non-payment for services and materials rendered from an insulation subcontractor that **************************** hired. At this point we believe that a substantial portion of the $105,333.32 paid thus far to **************************** for this contract via bank wire for materials and labor have been fraudulently spent on items unrelated to Contract_20221213-69-1vtfb9rhtml.

The project that we contracted Renovate In Texas for started August 5th, 2021. The project included renovations to the floor, ibathrooms, and removing and replacing stair treads on 2 sets of stairs. We paid a total amount of $6,556.62, plus the cost of materials. We were promised quality service as well as a project supervisor. The quality of service was poor. It took months for them to have a manager come supervise. Issues started abruptly. They used incorrect spacers for the grout, so they had to remove the flooring a second time and replace it with new tile. The second issue was that the incorrect finish was used on our walls, despite the fact that we reminded the workers to get the matte finish. Third, the workers wasted time by refusing to get matching the color of the ceiling paint and trying to match it with paint that was already purchased. Ultimately, after 3 times of incorrectly painting the ceiling, we asked get a matching paint. We negotiated with Renovate In Texas to cover the cost of the wasted materials. A month into the project and multiple attempts to have a manger come and supervise their working crew, they sent someone to supervise the final bit of construction that was left, which was installing the stairs. The project "finished" October 6. The stairs made creaking and snapping sounds, thus needing repair. We asked that he bring in a working crew to come and repair the first set of stairs. The repair crew didn't come until November 4, nearly a whole month since the project was labelled as "Finished". The repair team finished repairs on the first set of stairs and we paid **** the full amount of the balance. However, since then the second set of stairs have had the same issue and have been trying to contact **** and his manager to get someone out here since November 10th. Since then, their manager has been telling me they will come and repair the stairs "Soon". It's already February 23, 2022. I would like them to come and finish the job. Inv ****
