Signed a contract for a sun room renovation on December 14th, 2022. Funds in the amount of $34,616.54 were sent via bank wire to John Bob Wasley Jr (owner of this company) to provide windows and installation per the contract. The contract stated 8-10 weeks for delivery and, as of the date of this letter it has nearly surpassed 23 weeks. This is not a situation where supply chain issues can be considered. Nothing has been done on this project to date, nor has there been proof that these funds were used to order the windows. Multiple requests have been made to verify with no verifiable response. **** ****** is on the radar and has been reported to the Attorney General, the FTC, and the DA. This man has committed fraud by taking the money and running and will held accountable to the highest degree. Really bad service. We had assigned the job of replacing two showers and Renovate in Texas lack quality of work and also safety. Recently my son was taking bath in one of the showers and the entire glass wall fell down and my son was serverly injured. I tried to report this to the owner and I got this message from the owner. " John, My son took a bath in the other upper room, the glass just broke and severely injured him, with glass all over the floor. Attached is the pic of the bath(done by Renovate in Texas). Can you do a better job? ---------------------------------- John 1:07 PM (20 minutes ago) to me I’m so sorry about your son but the glass is not going to just break. It actually broke. ----------------------------- John 1:13 PM (16 minutes ago) to me I don’t think your joking what so ever . What can I do for you ? It’s not a joking matter. " Another point in when the kitchen shelf was re-installed and I was opening the shelf to take out the dishwasher cleaning solution and the shelf door broke. The job was done well and **** looked me in the eyes and says the work his team did is guaranteed for 5 years, well I'm here to warn y'all, it's not. We had cable wires installed on our deck and they became loose. The job was done 6 months ago and they still haven't been fixed. He won't answer me and now I am stuck having to fix it myself. I paid the man $13k for a deck and he can't stand by his word. Very disappointed.
