HORRIBLE! I placed an order at 10225 Research BLVD, Austin, TX 78759 for $100.66 (# W 1 0 0 8 1 8 8 7 4 1- 1), on Saturday, February 4th, to have delivered on Sunday, February 5th for my grandfather's memorial service. I received a message the next morning saying their delivery trucks were having issues and they would not be able to deliver my order. I called the store and the woman over the phone said they are not able to deliver my order because they ran out of fruit and my order would be delivered first thing the next morning. I was a little confused on what the real reason was for the delay since I was given a couple and asked to speak to a manager. I was told they would relay the message and the manager would call me back shortly after. I never heard anything back so I called them early the next day, Monday the 6th. There was no answer so I left another message and I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I called several times and the phone continued to ring with no answer. I checked the status and it is still saying that my order was received and it would be delivered today but it is now 7:00pm and they are closed and my mother still has not received her order. It has been a year since my grandfather passed and this was a kind gesture to my mother letting her know that I am thinking about her during this difficult time, especially since I do not live in the same city. Edible Arrangements has made a very sad day even worse and I will NEVER order from this place again. I will also warn family and friends to be careful when ordering from here (but I would advise against it) because customer service is basically non-existent and I would leave negative stars if I could. I just want a refund but I cannot even reach a representative to speak to. Good luck to others trying to order items from here! DO NOT RECOMMEND...ZERO STARS!!! BEWARE!!!
