    First and foremost, shipping and customer service is ******************. I couldnt ask for either of those areas to be any better. They have a lot of very hard to get products in stock quite frequently, and everything Ive purchase was exactly as described on the website. I had a large order where a small spring was forgotten, I shot them an email late at night, within minutes I had a response saying they would send me one out in the morning. Very professional company

    Absolutely phenomenal customer service, knowledgeable and very willing to help with questions, I will be happy to do business with Haus again, and again! I highly recommend them for hard to source HK parts!

    Purchased a upper receiver and with their very own 7 day return policy or if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund, the customer may return the item(s) to ******************** WITHIN 7 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item I sent a request to return the item and **** tells me no returns and to list it on a secondary market. Terrible business that do not honor their own return policy. I recommend probably buying from the secondary sites as **** has stated.

    ******************* purchased a product from me on my webstore that lists for $599.00, a week later after the product arrived at his home he sent me this email:

    "Good evening, is it possible to return my UPPER RECEIVER WITH DUST COVER AND F/A HK416 A5 A7 BLACK HAUS | HECKLER & ****, I ended up buying a complete upper and no longer need the upper." He had found the part I sold him for less money from another vendor so he wanted me to refund his money.

    I sent ****** an email and explained that we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund for products that are defective or damaged in shipping but that we do not offer these options if the customer wants a refund simply because they found a better deal with another vendor. This is what I wrote:

    "Our return and refund policy is designed to make sure that our customers get quality products as described in the listings on the webstore, for example,  if a product gets damaged in shipping we will replace it or offer a refund. I appreciate the fact that you contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order but we cannot offer you a refund simply because you found a better deal somewhere else.
    My best advice to you would be to list the part on Gunbroker or ** Pro. I sincerely hope that this doesnt sound harsh but our policy is very specific and its been vetted by the Better Business Bureau and we maintain an A+ rating with BBB.
    Thank you for your business and please dont hesitate if there is ever anything we can do for you."

    This was ******** response: 

    "Doesnt make sense its within your 7 day policy and its unopened. The bbb doesnt mean anything either the ratings can be paid for. But I understand this is the way you want to do business so I will keep your upper and do a charge back"

    ****** seems to think that because our return policy states that " if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund, the customer may return the item(s) to ******************** WITHIN 7 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item." that I should give him a refund.... ****** has not once stated that he was dissatisfied with our products, and yet he wants his money back.

    This is all very straight forward, ****** found a product cheaper from another vendor and he wants to exploit my customer service policy and get his money back, and as he stated in his email, he also intends to keep the product that he purchased from me after his money has been returned to him, that's stealing and it's not right.

    Please call me at your earliest convenience at ************ between 8am and 5pm anytime Monday - Friday

    I will be happy to provide you with the emails from ****** as proof of his intentions.

    I work incredibly hard to provide my customers with excellent products and customer service, way too hard to be bullied by people like this.

    Ive got to tell you Ive dealt with a lot of businesses in my time but this one is the best for hard to find hk parts. They are fast, prompt and have the best customer service that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Good work guys I will definitely do business with you again.
