This company goes by many different names and somehow (fraudulently) gets credit card information and charges multiple times under different business names. I call the number associated with the charge to ask for a cancellation and refund, they claim its cancelled. I have never signed up for this membership. They make you think you did somehow by signing up after purchasing a health product online. They are liars and thieves and none of these charges were authorized. They go by gagemyhealyh.com or holisticbasedhealth.com or 4006myhealth.com. multiple charges of a $39.95 membership fee were charged without my authorization.Initial Complaint

Found a charge on my bank card. On my account pending 1 day, then gone, then pending again the next day. Never heard of this company, never signed up for a subscription to any health website. When I called, could barely understand the person in the phone. He wanted me to provide all kinds of info to him so he could look up my subscription. Didnt provide anything. Contacted my bank, disputed the charge and cancelled my card. Fraudulent charge. Some how they got my credit card #.Business response

I did not an authorize the charge not only that it was not even the right name on the card they had my daughters name I did not authorize any charge Im not even sure how they got my card number and because I had to replace my card my daughter had to update everything which was a major inconvenience and she spent all day on the phone doing slBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: I know I didnt sign up first thing you had my daughters name with my card number that why my bank rejected and two it caused so much hassle updating card info after have to get a new card number it threw that said daughter into a fibromyalgia flare third thing before you blame said daughter I know for a down right fact she didnt sign up and fourth thing you all have soooo many complaints from the bbb for this so no I absolutely reject this

On 12/05/2023 I noticed a pending charge of $39.95 on my ******** card from a an entity called Gage MY Health (GAGEMYH) that I don't recall ever hearing of or doing business with. I see there are many other identical complaints on the BBB website.Business response

I just noticed an attempted charge of $39.95 on my Discover Card (its frozen) from a company called Gage My Health. I have no idea who this is and why they are charging me. I dont want them to continue to try. I tried called and got a sketchy sounding voice recording.Business response

Today I noticed a $39.95 charge on my credit card I do not recognize. When I looked back in my card history, I found 3 more of these. I entered the information listed on the charge (clrsigprocess855-801-3858) to find out who this vendor is and this site popped up. I will contact my card issuer and have them **** this charge as fraudulent. I have no recollection of ever giving my credit card info out to this company.Business response
