Very welcoming and informing I will be back as I trust there findings

This company does NOT honor appt times. The person that greets you is also rude when you walk in. I arrived early for my appt and sat until the greeter was finally ready to register me. My appt was @11. At 11:45 I was finally called for 2/4 tests. He was friendly and it was quick and easy. He sends me back out into the herd of people and tells be Ill be called by for other tests in a minute or two. 12 rolls by 12:15 rolls byI had a very important appt at 1 that could not be missed and it was by phone at 1pm. Since everyone told me it would be less than an hour if thought I was in the clear. Nope. Had to leave before finishing my testing and was 8 minutes late for my meeting/conference. This is unacceptable. We are not cattle. Do not herd us in to just sit there. Not everyone is retired. I have asked for my money back from the company so we shall see if I they give it.

Employees were very professional and thorough and my experience went very smooth.

I was greeted very pleasantly and my wait was brief. The staff at each station were very nice and worked efficiently. The whole process took no time at all. Overall, a very good experience which I will do again.

I have done the lifeline screening before and was impressed enough that we decided to do it again. Unfortunately, it seems that the company is more focused on selling than helping people. The initial person that I scheduled the visit with was worse than a used car salesman. I kept telling her we just wanted the basic tests and the scheduling process probably should've taken 10 minutes, but it took more like 30 to 45 because she was pushing me to add more tests. I understand that it's a business and lifeline is in it to make money, but it's ridiculous when you have to tell somebody no multiple times during a phone call when they repeatedly ask you if you want to add more testing. She kept trying to convince me and most of the tests she was suggesting are things that my doctor's ****** does anyway. My insurance pays for them at my doctor's ******, so why would I pay extra to have somebody else do it? It was disappointing. The young man who signed us in when we got there was great, the girl that did the blood pressures was great, the ultrasound techs were a bit rude. They kept speaking in Spanish to each other while I was laying there and were not at all friendly. I was not nearly as impressed this time as I was the first time we did this. I think lifeline can do better.

Love this service and the staff was amazing! Very efficient and quick while being friendly and welcoming. This was my 2nd year and I will continue to get my checkups every year with Life Line!
