      I purchased the hearing aids. They were shipped to me from L.A. Tried them for 3 months. Didn't like them. Contacted nebroo for return info. I had to endure multiple offers designed to avoid refunding my money. I pushed thru. Then they said I was responsible for shipping and offered me 50% and 60% cash return. I pushed thru all of that to get my full refund. Then they sent me an email with shipping instructions that directed me to ship to ******! Obviously international shipping charges are more than domestic costs to ship to **********. Not what I consider to be transparent communication. Disappointed with the product. Disappointed with their return process.

      I saw an ad for "hearing aids" with this company, named Nebroo. I read the reviews and they were 50/50 in terms of satisfied/unsatisfied customers. I lost my right hearing aid so I was searching the web to purchased hearing aids that wouldn't cost me a lot of money.I ordered a set of hearing aids on April 11, 2025. Today is April 25, 2025, and I still haven't received the hearing aids. They stated to me on confirmation of receiving my order, that it would take 7-10 days. I have contacted the support team via email and phone on numerous dates with the order number and tracking number. I was promised that I would be receiving them any day, but still haven't.I have requested to return the unopened package when it arrives to me. I want to send it back as "REFUSED" and/or "RETURN TO SENDER".I have requested to Nebroo, that since I'm on Social Security, I need my money refunded to me as soon as they have received my returned package. They guarantee a 120 day refund policy.Please contact this company for help in this issue.

      This company is a joke. Scam. They totally don't work at all sounds like you're in a cave. Went back and forth with these MORONS and to no avail. They kept telling me try them again. I've worn hearing aid for 40 years this is JUNK. To send them back and get your money back cost more the the hearing aids...so iam stuck eith them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YHERE IS A PERSON THAT WANTS MINE COME GET THEM

      I bought these heating aids and found they did not meet my needs. One phone call with a very pleasant woman resulted in an immediate refund. Couldn't ask for better service.

      Oh dear. DO NOT BUY HERE. This product does not work. Believe me, I gave it time and energy to really make sure it is not me who is at fault, but the product. It echoes in my head, I sound like I am lisping when I hear myself talk (we had quite a giggle over it, my husband and I), and it gives tremendous feedback. The little aerials that stick out of my ear, make me look like an alien! I can live with that, if the product actually performed adequately, and I could actually hear other people better. The product makes ME sound louder, but not the people around me, so not only do I look like an alien wearing it, I talk strangely, then loud, then soft, and I lisp! This product could create a speech impediment. Then, when I tried to return it, they tried to sell me a higher end product, and if I did not want it, they were willing to reimburse me $70, which means I lose $36. Shipping would be on me if I wanted to return it, another $****** see how this company performs with a lack of integrity?

      I think they are crooks. Ordered first pair and after 6 months quit working called and they sent a replacement in December. Now March and it no longer works and when called they only replace one time so the warranty doesn't apply for any replacement. So apparently we received a faulty replacement as it only worked for 3 months. Buy elsewhere apparently.

      I have contacted these people several times to return the hearing aids I cannot wear , they are too large for my ears. They informed me of several steps I needed to take to return. After following instructions given and packaging items to return to ****** as instructed, the post office would not accept because of lithium batteries. Contacted nebro several times after and was finally told to keep the hearing aids and they would refund 60% of my purchase price. To be refunded to original payment type in 3 days. Would not refund 100% as advertised !They never refunded anything and I cannot get hold of a live person. DO NOT BUY NEBROO

      I contacted Nebroo about returning my hearing aids because they do not work and I did everything they said to do to try and make them work. I changed the different tips and I wore them for almost two weeks off and on exactly like they said and they just will not work. I asked Nebroo for a return label so I could return them and they told me they could not do that. *** wanted to charge me $64.00 to return them. Post ****** the same. All I want is to get a refund for these hearing aids that do not work for me. I would NOT advise anyone to order from this company because in my opinion they are a SCAM.. They are not a reputable company...
